Betul was so friendly and helpful during the process of setting my life insurance up for me. She wasn’t pushy and she was really understanding. She allowed me time to process things and was patient with me. I highly recommend her! No hard sell, straight forward and respectful service
The main thing about dealing with this insurance broker was that I was in control from the start. There was no harassment 15mins after I completed an online form, I was invited to make an appointment, My advisor Betul was understanding and respectful of time issues and went out of her way to call me when convenient for me. She listened to my needs and was upfront with me at every stage of setting up my insurance plan. I feel I got the best deal for me and my circumstances. No hard sell, straight forward and respectful service. Thank you
