This would have been a 5-star review were it not for me receiving a faulty high-end coffee maker. But credit where it’s due, the faulty machine was collected quickly and I received a replacement the following day!

Best value Aeropress I could find, which made me a little suspicious. Read some reviews, took the plunge. Ordered late Friday, arrived on Monday and now making perfectly plunged coffee. Would now use again.

Packaging too large!
Delivered in good time. I understand the need to protect the product during delivery, but would prefer to see recycled shredded paper in the box rather than plastic bubble wrap, or better still a much small box! The box could fit 4 of this product inside it. I’d have given 5 stars other than the delivery packaging.

I ordered a Moccamaster coffee machine from Blak Nektar, having been let down by a company called JavaHub, who had promised delivery on a paid-for order for three consecutive weeks before I cancelled with them.
I called Blak Nektar, spoke to someone on the phone who assured me that the machine I wanted was in stock. I ordered it and it has arrived within 48 hours. I am really pleased! Thank you :-)

Best price I could find on the internet. I already had the travel aeropress which my mum loved so we bought an original aeropress for her. I liked the extra capacity and bought myself one for the house and it came within 24 hours.
