Great service. Fast and efficient.

I ordered a coffee machine on Black Friday, everything went fine on the website and got the confirmation email. A couple of days later I get an email saying that my transaction (done by a HSBC issuer VISA Credit Card) has flagged up as Fraud. For this reason, Blak Bektar wanted a copy of my ID, which I refused as your company doesn't need to have my ID for a purchase made with Credit Card. I spoke to customer service and explained the situation, which they said it is got to be this way or refund. I said I won't give a copy of my passport and said you can send me a refund. A couple of days later the money leaves my card and a week later from this the coffee machine arrives (this is already 2 and half weeks after making the purchase). Honestly don't understand what you were playing at or trying, don't mind it so much as I just wanted my machine, but I've never had such a disastrous service for such a simple transaction, you just don't know what you doing or what you need!

The item arrived on time and was as advertised.

My order was only partially fulfilled. I tried contacting every number/address I could find on the website, on the order receipt and in the Terms and Conditions.
NOBODY was willing to take responsibility.

Bulk order of aeropress branded filters was the cheapest on the internet and delivered lightning fast for free. Great service.

Needed an Aeropress for the office, Black Nektar had them at a good price and I ordered some coffee while I was at it. Good service, great coffee!

Royal Mail delivered the wrong package with the wrong address but Blak Nektar sorted the problem out promptly.

They stole my money and never sent my product. When I sent an email they responded and asked me for my order number and they never ever responded back. A friend of mine had informed me of a promotion and I just needed to pay the delivery charge and the next thing I know the next day my order has been cancelled. I've now contacted my solicitors to take legal action.

I have ordered twice and had problems both times and as a result will not be returning. First time, wrong beans sent. This was quickly rectified and the correct product sent. I gave them a second chance, as the beans were great, but second order was missing beans and I had to chase for a refund. To add to the problems, one of the bags I received had a best before date of the very next day. Very poor from a company that promises so much. Better service is available pretty much everywhere else.
