Absolute mess!
Absolute mess!
Ordered a coffee machine nearly 2 weeks ago.
At first the marked the item as shipped but I was then informed it hadn’t actually been shipped.
It then shipped although they had it delivered back to the business rather than my address.
It’s now been shipped again to my address I hope but I still haven’t gotten it.
If your looking for a decent service I would stay well clear it seems as if it’s someone running the operation from their bedroom.

Very pleased
I ordered for the first time as I was looking to buy a coffee machine from their website. I also got to try their coffee and really enjoyed their roast! I spoke to Linda throughout the ordering and shipping process and she was very helpful and lovely to deal with. My order came to London super quickly as well which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience and I look forward to ordering from them again.

I ordered a replacement glass jug for…
I ordered a replacement glass jug for my moccamaster on the 24/1.
Before I ordered I called and checked your deliver times.
I was informed that the stand delivery would be 4 days, pending on corona delays etc.
After ordering I then received an email saying it was on it's way.
1st of Feb I emailed customer service. I was informed the replacement jug would be in stock on the 8/2. On the 7/2, yesterday, I requested information that the jug is back in stock and has been shipped. Still no reply today, 9th of February.
