This is the first time we have used Blain Boland & Co. Jessica who was dealing with our purchase was easy to reach, efficient, courteous, professional and basically, on the case. I highly recommend their services and a big thanks to Jessica for her hard work.

I originally appointed Blain Boland for the sale and purchase f my initial forward property and they were extremely efficient however the sale fell through. A couple of months later I re sold and found another property however my buyer had already instructed Blain Boland so I thought I would have to find another solicitor until Blain Boland helped find a solution. thanks to Jonathan assisting from one of their other offices we were able to move fast and get completed within an extremely tight schedule. Having recently used Blain Boland for the purchase and sale of property, I found them very professional. Clear guidance was given at every stage, queries were dealt with promptly and we were sent regular email updates. It would have been good to have some face to face meetings but everything was dealt with in a timely manner by telephone and email. I would recommend them.

We found this company online through a search engine when all our local solicitors seemed so expensive because of the type of sale we needed to do. We were making a family purchase which seemed to put off lots of solicitors but Blain Boland were great with us and it wasn't an issue for them. They advised us how things differ from a normal purchase and supported us along the way.

Due to a build project on the new house and the paperwork required from it, there was approx 8 months of living as "renters" I'm our new home before we legally owned the property but this also did not phase them.

We would recommend them for conveyancing services. They are not local to us at all but everything was dealt with easily through post, email and phone. In fact they were quicker and more efficient than my father in law's solicitors who are on our doorstep.

I have used Blain Boland & co solicitors on several occasions in the past. For will writing, power of attorney and most recently for the sale of a property. On each occasion they have been extremely professional and easy to deal with, I have found them to be a reliable and wholly competent firm to deal with. Any future situations that requires a solicitor, Blain Boland would be my first port of call.

I probably emailed Jessica and called her multiple times regarding a property and she was always very patient and understanding!. It is well known that moving house is a stressful affair, and our experience was no exception, with new problems appearing from members of the chain appearing as we moved further towards exchange. We were sadly almost expecting problems to cause delays on Completion day as a result.
However it actually all went smoothly and we were heading to our new home at lunchtime.
Once problems started to appear in the chain, Blain Boland kept up the pressure on the other Solicitors and kept us informed. As we moved towards exchange the workload for them increased and we had multiple people handling our case, but they always kept us informed and moved the chain forward.
Overall Blain Boland were one of the more positive aspects of our house move experience.
Although I have to search hard for any suggestion of possible improvement, If I were to give one it would that in an ideal world having a single member of staff handle our case all the way through might have been easier, but to be fair it did not affect the outcome of level of service, as Emma, Jonathan and Jessica always had a good idea where we were up to with the process and how to proceed to next steps.

Very good advice from the start even before payment. Jonathan was very attentive all the way through the process and even though all solicitors seem to work in the pre 2000s with requirements for paper copies and signatures the experience I had was flawless.
