School coat
Kelly was super helpful. Looking for a waterproof coat with fleece liner for a teenager whose outgrown kids sizes. Thought it was going to cost a lot more to buy adult size but she found us some options we hadn't seen that were less expensive & qualified for 15% discount, so I had enough to buy some other bits I wanted. Thanks Kelly 😊

Helpful and friendly
The store was clean and tidy and had what I needed in stock. The staff were helpful and friendly. Particularly Hazel at the till. Everything was quick and efficient. In and out in no time even with a fed up toddler.

I came in for some new walking boots having viewed some online. Will helped me find the ones I wanted and discussed with me the different pairs while I tried them on. He was very helpful and it made for a very positive shopping experience. Thank you!
