Great experience
Went into look at and possibly purchase waterproof trousers or waterproof over trousers. Kelly asked us if we were okay we described what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable very cheerful and followed the whole process through. A good overall shopping experience would definitely go back again and look forward to be served by Kelly again.

I popped in to Blacks in Yeovil to buy some walking boots on Good Friday and was served initially by Ben who was very knowledgeable on walking boots and then by Kelly.
