“Dave” was exceptionally helpful to me while purchasing a pair of trainers he was also very patient, knowledgable with the products available and courteous. A credit to Blacks.

Fantastic service, Charlie was very knowledgeable about walking shoes so much so, we went for one pair and came home with two pairs. Would highly recommend.

Popped into Bury St Edmunds today as wanted a TNF Gilet, credit to Joe as he was busy with the shop full, although gave the time and support needed as I couldn’t decided on which Gilet to get!! credit to Blacks as his knowledge for the Business is great, defo be back

I visited Blacks today (14/10/24) I usually pop in when I’m in Bury St Edmunds, I’m in the Army and Blacks always have something I need that help me in my work or it’s to replace items that I have used up.
Today again was no exception to the rule as I had popped in to top up on hand warmers and a bar of Kendal mint cake, “I’m a sucker for it really I love the stuff”.
However my experience was made 100% better by the guy who served me (Joe) very polite and very helpful, he explained the deals to me and saved me money!
Not many people have the time to workout what they can save as we all lead busy lives, but Joe was helpful, quick and helped me save money, it also encouraged me to buy a few more hand warmers, can never have enough of those at this time of year.
I would just like to say Thank you Joe for your help and do not worry I’ll be coming back again.

Charlie the manager was absolutely awesome . Was able to answer all questions I had regarding what’s best for me . Would highly recommend shopping in blanks in Bury St Edmunds 10/10 .

Looked after by friendly Hollie who was very helpful and showed me where to find what I wanted. The active t-shirts were spot on AND on offer. Result.

I was trying on a coat today and I wanted to try a bigger size which was not on the rack. I easily found an assistant to help me. He found me the size I was looking for, it was on a display dummy. I then decided to try on the smaller size again, and the same assistant was obliging. I went to the till to purchase the coat, and was served by Neil, He was really chatty and helped me gain discount via my Blue Light Badge as a hospital volunteeer, It was a pleasure shopping here today. And the coat is just what I wanted. Thank you Blacks Bury St Edmunds.
