Tehya has been very helpful and doing an excellent job.

The landlord and I amicably decided to terminate the tenancy early due to the number of issues in the property. This agency tried to charged me a massive amount of money for my leaving the property for the reason which I was not responsible for.

I have previous experiences in terminating tenancy early; however, no agency insisted to charge me when there were issues in the properties.

Letting agents are not so respectable people for sure; but this one? I am a bit taken by their greediness and arrogance.

Dealt with Johnny at Black Katz. He found us a lovely flat. We were kept well informed, questions answered promptly and the process so far has been smooth & efficient. We hope our moving in is as straightforward.

I found a great property through Black Katz, the process was smooth and all steps were explained clearly to me. Johnny went out of his way to support any questions I had. The only dealing I've had with this company is trying to register interest in viewing a flat. They took over a day to get back to my enquiry (they called once while I was in a work meeting) but then zero contact after that. I tried calling them back but no one answered and no one called me again. No email contact either. The whole thing screamed "sham" to me.

I just found the complete reluctance to communicate with prospective renters very bizarre from a lettings agent. Usually they're the complete opposite. I absolutely had to check this company's Trustpilot review because an estate agents who call themselves "Black Katz" must be having a laugh, right? Having seen some of the shocking reviews on here, it pretty much confirms that they take their tenants less seriously than their company name.

Tehya is an amazing agent who has made our experience with sorting maintenance issues out so easy throughout our tenancy! We are so grateful for her cooperation and timely responses :)

Tehya is a really good maintenance manager. She always gets back to us within the day and sorts everything out without any worry. She is also understanding of issues out of our control within the flat which I have not had from other agencies/landlords. Generally we are quite happy with Black Katz.

Gemma Love is a new arrival to the team. In the few interactions I have had, she brought problems to my attention.....but had proactively resolved them without needing my involvement and was simply keeping me aware. As a busy individual, I'm very grateful for this standard of service. I felt she took accountability for solving problems on my behalf.

not a bot review, i actually had a great experience with Black Katz. the housing agent, vincenzo, was super funny, kind and very accommodating. he was genuinely passionate about his job and was always smiling. Also the admin paperwork part after viewing was very smooth. had to email Amy who works admin and she was very patient and lovely, guiding me and my friends through every part. definitely recommend them!!

It was my first time ever renting a property so I was unsure on how to go about with the process. I was incredibly well assisted by Lorcan from the Black Katz Camden office, he continuously provided me with detailed information in a prompt manner and made the process flow smoothly and stress free. Black Katz Property Management, and especially Tehya Muramoto, its Maintenance and Compliance Manager, did a fine job with contractors Tumbridge Home Services Ltd fixing and restoring damp damage during the soggy winter. Thank you, Tehya.

Upon viewing I was shown an apartment that was pitch black and had 10 people inside with no lights on. Due to the pictures on their website of the property I ignored the mouldy mattress, broken bed slats assuming they would be replaced, and was promised the flat would be fully cleaned and the bathroom was to have a re-silconed and re-grouted. When I moved in the boiler was broken beyond fixable so I had no central heating or hot water during December. This was replaced by a boiler that breaks with an F.75 error every time I used the washing machine or dishwasher There is a fire place in the main room. I decided to keep my shoe rack in the fireplace, after a day of heavy rain £420 of shoes were ruined. A new boiler has been installed but it is has broken with the same F.75 error. The roof and particularly the roof in storage cupboard leaks as well as the kitchen if it rains heavily. The entire place is put together so poorly you can't even shower without holding it over your head and there are no curtains in the bedroom. They genuinely charged me £1600 for this place a month. I have paid for 2 cleaners, both have found evidence of mice. The landlord has not given documentation of where my deposit is being held and there is no fire safety equipment, both of which are illegal. There is also no intercom so I cannot receive mail to my apartment even if I am in.

I had a wonderful experience with Black Katz and would definitely recommend. I initially enquired about a property that was already under offer but Aidan took the time to ask what I was looking for and was able to recommend a different property that was even better suited. Erika made the administrative process (reference checks etc.) very straightforward. Thank you to everyone at Black Katz, I’m very happy in my new home.

Black Katz is managing my rented property in London. Recently I was in touch with Tehya Muramoto, Maintenance and Compliance Manager, who informed me the washing machine was malfunctioning. I asked how much it would cost to fix and how much a new machine would cost. Teyha responded very quickly with clear information, then ordered the new machine for me.

I was exploring estate agencies. I am very careful and then I ve got this instinct to call Black Katz because the property that they are dsplaying are nice. The person who answered was Johny. I am thankful for this man. He was helpful to me and understand that im busy . I recommend Black Katz . Thank me later hehe

Tehya from the maintenance department has been both quick and kind in helping me resolve my problems and liaising with my landlord.

Jason was the person that I got in touch with to have viewing for a property, he was very lovely and helpful. He was very quick in response and very easy to reach for information, and documents that I had to sign. This made the process very stress free. He was extremely helpful! Also Gemma getting us all the right Information and documents for us to sign, she's very quick in responses! With the Kazts team being so lovely, helpful and quick we have managed to find and get the best apartment!! And we are very excited to live here! I've had a very happy and pleasant experience for something that could be very stressful.
