From 2003 to this present day I have received outstanding service.

The staff have been consistently unhelpful and unresponsive throughout my experience. Emails are rarely answered, and when contacted by phone, I am repeatedly assured that the matter will be dealt with urgently, yet no follow-up ever takes place.

Despite chasing this issue on a weekly basis for the past four months, the matter remains unresolved. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, without question, the poorest level of customer service I have encountered. I would not recommend this company to others.

Molly and Ally are both very responsive and helpful whenever we have an issue. Feels like the first time we've had estate agents who really care about their tenants!

Complete Lack of Respect

I saw an advertisement for a studio apartment in North London. I enquired on the day. I did not give permission for the agent M to Whatsapp me but he did, instead of a text message or an email. Nevertheless, he proceeds to send me details, a brochure etc and we book in a meeting 3 days in advance. I clear my schedule to make the time. The night before I ask for the address - no reply. On the morning, I work from home so I can walk over and a mere 9 minutes before the appointment agent M replies saying the studio has been let. What if I had been coming from the office just to see this. This is sadly the standard of property agents these days. With all the snazzy marketing Black Katz is no different.

Thank you for the response, which I appreciate. I don't want to dox the agent to get him/her into job trouble as it may have been an exceptional situation. But it was deeply disappointing to be told 9 mins before the viewing. Surely the landlord should have been told there are other viewings on X date. And if he received an offer the day before, should have been primed to allow more viewings while he/she was considering.

Good tenants, good rental rates and good management of all problems involved in letting.

This company posts properties online fornproperties that are not available just to get your information. They rven posts properties that have just been added within 1 minute and say it is off the market to lure you into checking out other propetties. When you ask to speak to management they are not available! Test it out. Go onto Zoopla or Rightmove and filter for London posted within 24 hours and call them every single property advertised by Black Katz is not available but has been advertised less than 24 hours ago. Avoid them.

Thank you fornyour repsonse. As the director please comtact the camden branch and ask them how many properties they have listed on rightmove since this morning are actually available. Ask them if any of the properties they have listed in Camden or Primrose hill are available or in NW1?

The management team at Black Katz (Lauren, Dani & Raj) are very professional and act in a timely manner to requests and tenant issues.

Helped us to secure an agreement for our flat, Danny and Zia were very helpful and always available to answer questions on the phone

Always let my property promptly with the minimum if any void

Highly recommend Black Katz firstly and most importantly my tenants have been great, always paid on time or sometimes even early! Dani and Lauren were really helpful in the Camden Branch!

His colleague Dani was a master negotiator. He made sure to get us the best price. Negotiated hard and put forward an offer that was fantastic.

Ally resolved. difficulties with the last tenant,who wasa bit of a troublemaker.He continually brought bed bugs into the property.Sensitivity was necessary-to
resolve issues and not provoke the tenant,who. was from Afghanistan.
