All staff we were in touch with were extremely helpful, kind and quick with our letting process. Johnny, Erika and Tom were all wonderful allowed us to have an easy, non-stressful experience.

Johnny was very helpful and made sure we found the perfect place that met all of our requirements. He went out of his way to be flexible and versatile! We are very happy with his service 😊

I enquired about a property that had already been taken off the market, but Johnny quickly followed up with a great place in West Hampstead going for (relatively!) cheap that my friend and I have now had an offer accepted on. He was very communicative on WhatsApp and transparent about the process of securing it, and made a stressful situation as relaxed as possible. Johnny was also very lovely when I met him in person at the property.

The company deserves 0 stars but I don't think it's fair to score everyone the same way.
Personally my experience with Pip and Erika was very good, maybe because they work in the background dealing with admin or something.
As for agents, Black Katz was cool in 2019 when we used it first time. We spent 5 years in total each year was worse. The staff changed. They don't give a s***.
You want something fixed? Take ages before they reply, and when they do they say to contact landlord, who is as responsive as them.
Not sure what they are actually doing all day long but seriously not much.

It was a good experience for me to have an agent who answer my calls and messages so quickly. Thanks to Johny as well. He's been thoughtful and answer every questions I had, promptly and quickly.

Slow deposit return. Emails not responding. Maintenance slow too.

I’ve been renting in London for over 10 years but this was my first time with Black Katz. Tehya M has been dealing with my issues throughout my whole tenancy and I can’t thank her enough for her communication, knowledge and consideration. The way she works puts my mind at ease and I’m glad I broadened my comfort zone and rented through Black Katz!

We have just renewed for another year, so happy with Black Katz, but mainly Molly Sparkes who made the renewal process so easy when we had been worried after not hearing back from the landlord. Thank you :)

Gemma our portfolio manager was in charge of helping us get our deposit back and she helped us so much, she helped us understand the clause in our contract and our deductions and now we are moving into a new place, very happy thank you Gemma for all your help and hard work on this

Good communication. Friendly and easy renewal process.

I have used the services of Black Katz for over ten years. They have always found me wonderful tenants. In the last few years they have also taken over the running of my flat and my maintenance manager Tehya Muramoto was always quick to respond and solve any issues that arose.

We were trying to get things booked in and Gemma was so great at helping us organise visits and reassuring us, she has been helpful and always ready to talk to us. I am so glad we have Gemma as our property manager she always knows the answer and how to help. Thankyou we appreciate it

We have been carrying out maintenance work for Black Katz over the last year and have been liaising with Tehya in the Hampstead office. We have found Tehya to be extremely polite and knowledgeable in resolving issues that arise during works being carried out. Tehya has also proven to be very punctual in replying to emails and returning phone calls when she has been unavailable. This has made the process of carrying out effective repairs so much easier for both ourselves and the tenants. Well done Tehya and keep up the hard work as the service industry doesn't say thank you enough.
