Black Barn Computers managed to get me a fully re-furbished, Windows 11 compliant desktop (with a hard drive upgrade), ordered Thursday afternoon, delivered Saturday. You couldn't tell it from a new unit, brilliant service!

Excellent laptop great service

Ordered and was able to pick up the same day. Item in excellent condition and all the windows updates already installed. Excellent service and item.

Great value and laptop in pristine condition; although the bios says it was 'born' in October 2022, clearly it hasn't been used. No wear on the keys and with a12th gen Intel core i5 CPU, it's no slouch. I'd happily buy from Black Barn Computers again.

Delivery was prompt and product was well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Upon opening the package the only give away that this was a refurbished unit was the power cord, and the lack of a plastic protector on screen and edges of the laptop!!
It looked pristine and as good as new, very pleased to have found Black Barn Computers and I question why I have always historically chosen to buy new.
I haven't used the laptop in earnest as yet so can not comment on the ongoing performance but initial set up bodes well.
I would not hesitate to use Black Barn again.
