This whole experience from purchase to delivery was Excellent.
The company rang me the day before to confirm,the delivery driver sent me a tracking with approx time of delivery,these guys were an absolute credit to Bing Lee. They unboxed,removed old fridge balanced the fridge.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with this company. I bought a coffee machine. It worked well but after a couple of years it wouldn’t turn on. I contacted the company and they fixed it under warranty even though it fell just out of the warranty time. It worked for a few weeks before the same issue occurred so I sent it back. They paid for the postage each time. They told me it couldn’t be fixed so refunded the initial amount. Can’t ask for much more than that.

To be honest, I was a bit unhappy with my Bing Lee experience. I got a microwave for a reasonable price, but that was the end of the good. The delivery was a complete mess; it was over a week late and there were no adequate updates. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but No one really took responsibility. quite sad :(
Excellent Process From Purchase To Delivery
Excellent purchase process and delivery. My arranged day of delivery, could have been brought forward! The delivery staff were so careful moving my new fridge freezer at entry and in house. Also took old one away. Thank you awesome service.
Patient, intuitive service
Adam at Supa Centa Moore Park (Sydney) was extremely patient as I attempted an AfterPay purchase of a TCL C7K TV. (Tip: disable AfterPay's default "Defer Payment" setting...). He put the TV—the last one in stock—on hold in the loading dock while I went home and returned 2 hours later with a different smartphone to try—funny! Outside at the loading dock, Peter, also from Bing Lee, saw me struggling to fit the boxed TV into my sedan. He delivered it personally to Maroubra an hour later for a small extra charge.
Bing Lee scammers
Very disappointing, will never shop at Bing lee, went to Bing lee Bankstown to purchase a new iron was advised by their sales assistant that the Phillips perfectcare 8000 series steam generator was the best on the market, I trusted he gave me the best advice but he just scammed me. They didn't have any in stock was trying to sell me a floor stock for the same price, than said you can buy online they will deliver to your house, which I did paid $460 for it.I received the Phillips perfectcare 8000 series steam generator today 23/06/2025 was excited tried it was absolutely RUBBISH like it was not strong, the heating on it was very weak, my previous iron which was a Sunbeam which I have had for 10 years was more stronger and ironed better.
Very very disappointed with my purchase so I took it back to refund my purchase in order to buy another better iron, Bing lee tells me they need to ring Binglee customer care and I was advised that it will need to go for a assessment and it would take 3weeks or longer and maybe I could get reimbursed, hello I need an iron now not in 3 weeks my only other option was Bing lee could reimburse if they deduct a 20% stocking fee and put the reason as change of mind, So not only did they scam me once but twice and than the nerve of the sales assistant at Bing lee telling me would you like to purchase another iron, HELL NO , I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT BINGLEE, Very disappointing and disgusting service
Bing Lee say they offer "price match"…
Bing Lee say they offer "price match" however when I went to buy an item in the Bankstown store today, they refused to honour what they put on their website.
The assistant Jon said they only price match the big stores like Myers or Big W, however that is not the policy shown on their website.
Their website states the company they are price matching must have at least 2 retail stores (the company I asked them to match had 3 stores.
Not only didn't they follow their own policy, they were actually rude with no attempt to offer any degree of customer service !

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I contacted your support team regarding an issue with my recent purchase, but the response was slow, unhelpful, and lacked any sense of urgency or care. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic reply, and even then, my concerns were not properly addressed.

We had a fridge delivered to our unit this morning from Bing Lee and this is the result of a " Premium delivery price" we paid.
The bill for this was $180 to remove the dirt that was left behind from the muddy trolly they brought onto the carpeted area to deliver the fridge to the kitchen area. If they had suggested a drop sheet this wouldn’t have happened.

We bought lots of appliances, Fridge, Washing Machine and Dryer, T.V Micro wave, so we spent a lot of Money, Tommy in store was O.K, Knowledge of Products was not so great, but that's O.K.
Then the goods were delivered, the Driver was Aggressively Rude to my Wife and her Sister. i contacted the Complaints department and they said they dealt with it and reprimanded him, the manager who rang me said he denied being rude, he also said i would not have gone out of my way to write something if it didn't happen, i just got the feeling that they may have said something to him, but they let it go, i was not Happy with the Outcome, and my Family and i will never be shopping at Bing Lee again.

I want to say something for them. I was worried about their service and products because of so many bad reviews. I still ordered the washing machine and dryer because of their premium delivery service. I was surprised by their services, fast delivery, and good products, The delivery man was friendly, good service, and on time.
Don't order online
I ordered a washing machine on their website with a delivery date of 3 May (17 days after ordering). I called them on 1 May about the order and was told they did not have the washing machine. It could take 1 month from now for it to arrive! I will be without a washing machine for another month. Don't order anything from them online! The delivery date is to lure you in but they don't have the goods.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I went to buy a simple keyboard and mouse from Bing Lee Campbelltown with their gimmick "price match guarantee". They couldn't match it with a major competitor and wanted to charge extra for shipping, then when a staff member asked the "boss" to see if he could do a deal rolled his eyes as if he was too busy, the place was empty, seriously pathetic service! I will never recommend them to anybody!
Absolute lies
They advertised a 'Frameo 15.6" FHD WiFi Photo & Video Frame 64GB' I got sent a 'Nivo' brand, not a Frameo brand at all, it just uses the Frameo software. Abolutely lied in their marketing and advertising. I feel sick, absolutely taken for a ride by them and feel like I've been completely scammed. Stay away from them at all costs.

Lying staff, breach of ACL
Bought a Breville coffee machine from Bing Lee, which completely failed within months. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund and refusing a repair, they went ahead and replaced the EMC box component without my consent. The faulty part pose potential safety risks and made the machine completely unusable. Bing Lee's response has been unhelpful, with staff statements and actions contradicting each other. I now have zero confidence in the machine or their customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid Bing Lee. Unfortunately, looks like Fair Trading needs to be involved to ensure a fair resolution.
Purchased a laser printer online
Purchased a laser printer online. It was received with toner leaked throughout. I contacted customer service and asked for a cleaning procedure or local service agent to check it out. Customer service asked for me to send it back and they would send out a replacement. Its now dragging on with excuse after excuse why the replacement printer has not been sent out. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refund given, but that was met with excuses to why that couldn't be done.
