Billingham & Co Recensioni

Thank you to everyone, especially Richard. After an awful experience renting with another agency, billingham and co made my move into my new house really easy and were completely professional. I feel like I chose the right agency this time and would recommend to anyone looking to move homes. My new home is so beautiful!

Fantastic service from initial valuation to completion. Giles and Jez were knowledgable, helpful and were on hand to assist with any queries. Nothing was too much trouble even though I called them almost everyday! Great service!

Victoria has been absolutely amazing from day one to help us get into our beautiful new home, she kept me calm when calling up worrying if things had changed or if anything was to go wrong! Highly recommend her service to anyone, regular contact from victoria has helped my anxiety so much and wouldn't of got through it without her...

Massive thank you victoria

Had some dealings with the Dudley branch of the company fairly recently when trying to buy a property. They didn't phone back when they said they would. Messages were left but no call back. When phoning to make enquiries no communication within the office. I certainly wouldn't sell my house with them.

I’m so happy with billingham agency very good company

Very impressed with the help and support I received from Victoria. Victoria kept me updated through out the sale of my house. Would happily us the company again. Very happy.

Really proactive and helpful throughout the process. Swift transaction even with a number of parties in the chain. Giles and Jez really pushed it all through and were on the end of the phone whenever they were needed.

We will certainly be recommending Billingham and Co to friends and family.

Great service from start to finish. Will look to use them again.

I have used Billingham & Co for several years as letting agents and would recommend them to manage a property again. I had challenges in this time as you would expect, but Laura and Richard persisteing resolving issues to my satisfaction.

I recently asked the Dudley office to sell my property and I was impressed with the speed and efficiency Jamie and Courtney marketed and sold the property within 2 weeks. Thank you both and keep up the good work !!

Excellent response, Dudley office outstanding.

Victoria at the Brierley Hill branch is a gem she kept me informed all the way through the stress and the relief when I actually got the keys, she deserves all the recognition she gets .

Billingham & co have managed the rental of my property for last 9 years, and during this time have handled all of the many complications, tenants and financing around letting. I trust their guidance and have always been very professional with me and the tenants under lease.
Should I ever need a management company for future tenancy management, I will be happy to employ them again.

Excellent customer service, we have used Billingham & Co for some time now, and always find them to be most helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. I usually deal with Richard, and find him very professional, but also friendly and approachable.

We would highly recommend Billingham & Co

Very helpful and professional. The agent I dealt with was lovely and made the process very smooth.

What should of been a straight forward sale ended up being very drawn out but thanks to Victoria we got there in the end! Victoria was amazing. She kept me informed at all times along the way and between us we overcame the obstacles. Thank you.

My dealing with the Brierley Hill office were very good at first, then tainted by the sudden dismissal of some of the staff. Overall everyone was very professional

I would highly recommend Billingham and Taylor. From start to finish it was a first class service, Victoria was amazing she helped me through my purchase with the utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble.
