Excellent customer service
We had a fantastic experience buying our new home through Whitegates.
In particular, Will deserves a special mention because his communication was excellent and we were kept regularly updated every step of the way, which made such a difference.
Will was extremely helpful and understanding. He always took the time to answer our questions and support us whenever we needed it. Buying a property can be a stressful process, but having someone so reliable and professional made everything much easier.
We would highly recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The service I received from Whitegates
The service I received from Whitegates, when selling my rental property, was exemplary. I was on a tight schedule to sell, but Whitegates rose to the challenge and worked tirelessly to ensure completion was within my timescale. They responded within minutes to my many emails and kept me informed of every development, even out of regular working hours. I highly recommend the team and cannot thank them enough for the service they provided.

We had an offer on our house within a week. Will made me feel at ease immediately, answered all my questions and offered support when needed. We were kept up to date with the sale and purchase through-out the whole process. I would definitely recommend Will and Whitegates.

Will and Steve, set up the sale, sorted viewings easily and had an offer for the house within 3 weeks.
During the sales process,we were kept informed with regular updates ,right through to completion.
I have a couple of other properties to sell and will be using Whitegates again

Amazing service
Whitegates were great! They took care of all the viewings and we had an offer within a few days. They kept us updated all the way. Everything was handled really smoothly with no stress. Lovely friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish excellent service.
Steve came out to value our house and we felt comfortable with him, we sat n chatted and we felt he was the right person to sell our home.
So after putting it up for sale, Will was absolutely fantastic. Keeping in touch weekly, and when we had our buyer Will went through every step with us.
He kept intouch throughout, we had a brilliant service from beginning to end.
Even on actual sale day, we had a couple of questions which Will answered straight away.
Thanks again for such excellent service and enjoy your chocolates
