Billingham & Co Recensioni

Alice Cowsill was amazing!

We have known Alice for a few house sales and she always has the client front of mind and delivers exceptional client service.

For our recent sale, we were met with delays and changes in agreements. Alice was always a step ahead with her updates bringing us to a great conclusion.

We would recommend Alice to everyone!

Phil Swingler was what you want in an estate agent, honest and diligent. Feedback was excellent and would not hesitate to use again.

I recently purchased a bungalow through Jez. He was incredibly helpful, very friendly and approachable and great at helping to chase solicitors!

Emily was phenomenal! As a self-employed estate agent, she sold my house with unmatched speed and professionalism. Her expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell

Alice Cowsill has been amazing throughout the ‘house moving process’. We bought our new house and sold our old house with Billingham and Co and would highly recommend them.
The communication between myself and Alice has been outstanding. All queries and worries have been sorted quickly. In particular the updates on where we were in the process have really helped reassure us that things were happening.

Phill was professional and an exceptional estate agent best I have ever dealt with and I have moved several times over the years . Was a pleasure doing business with

Phil sold my dad’s house after the 2nd viewing. Team were professional and the sale was completed in 3 months from being advertised. Would recommend, we were previously with another local agent and received no offers.

highly recommend Alice. Her customer service is second to none, hence l have always used her services over the past 15 years with buying and selling our family homes.

Her knowledge and experience is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and support during the highs and lows!

A huge Thank You for always being on hand to offer help. Your service is nothing short of incredible, and we wish you the very best!

Jez was an absolute professional, we had a particularly stressful sale and he was absolutely in our corner. Jez chased people for answers and always came back to us regardless of the answer.

Jez put us first as his vendors, nothing was ever too much trouble and the personal and professional job he did helped ease a situation that could have easily made us pull put of the sale.

We are very grateful to jez and everything he has done for us and would 100% recommend him to anybody trying to sell their property.

excellent service helped us greatly throughout the whole process and got us a buyer for our property within 1 week
