Ich warte schon 1 Monat auf meine Lieferung ! Aber noch immer nichts bekommen :( echt schade denn als ich vor einiger Zeit versucht habe jemanden zu erreichen hieß es bitte noch um etwas Geduld. Heute nur ein Tonband mit wir sind Überlastet und sollten nur eine Email senden ( Bitte nicht mehr ) und dann noch der Hinweis die Antwort kann noch 3-4 Tage dauern ! Ich kaufe nicht mehr hier !!
Ich habe im April Merch vorbestellt, welcher am 17. Mai erscheinen und geliefert werden sollte. Als nach 2 Wochen immer noch nichts angekommen war, meldete ich mich beim Kundenservice, doch dieser meinte ich solle noch etwas Geduld haben. Ein paar Wochen später war immer noch nichts da. Als neuen Termin wurde mir der 10. Juli genannt. Auch an diesem Tag wurde nichts verschickt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ein Artikel nicht lieferbar seie. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde mir dies mitgeteilt, ansonsten hätte ich bis heute nicht gewusst, was mit meiner Bestellung los ist. Ich finde, dass ein Kundenservice keine gute Arbeit leistet, wenn man sich selbst mehrmals nach seiner Bestellung erkundigen muss und einem nicht schon früher gesagt wird, dass eine Bestellung nicht lieferbar ist. Außerdem frage ich mich, warum man so viele. Vorbestellungen für Artikel annimmt, wenn diese am Ende nicht für jede Bestellung reichen.
Immerhin wurde meine Forderung nach einer Rückerstattung des nicht lieferbaren Artikels angenommen. Nochmal werde ich hier aber nicht bestellen.
Bought a sweater with release on 29/9. Today (7/10) still not sent and no proactive information about the delay. Sweater still being shown with a 1-2 day delivery. Not possible to get any information from customer service who just claims that
"The display of the delivery time in the store is unfortunately not meaningful if the item is not yet in stock, even if the release date is already in the past."
How shameful to blatantly lie to customers like this!
I was offered to cancel order but that is not an option isnce I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter who will now be very disappointed
I ordered sweatshirt 6 months ago and I got nothing! There is no possibility to contact the shop directly, tracking number doesn't show a thing, my emails left unanswered... 100 euros lost! Definitely I don't recommend this shop!
