Having experienced very bad turbulence and wind buffeting on my newly purchased BMW R1200R (new to me ) with the non standard screen fitted i contacted HPS and they could'nt have been more helpful . The MRA screen they recommended initially needed some degree of adjustment but with advise from HPS a good result has been achieved by a great quality product .

HPS are a top team always helpful with a good range of products and useful advice. what I value most is there attitude and willingness to get you what you need if at all possible, even as in my case this time they could not supply me the parts I needed in time they willingly put me in touch with a suppliers who could.
this sort of selfless help deserve praise.

I was thinking of getting a newer fireblade but I decided to keep my 954 and just upgrade my one and I think I chosen wisely as these bst wheels and suspension K-Tech front forks internals and Nitron2 rear are fantastic and never ever thought about how hard it is to turn a wheel when spinning but I do now unbelievable how easy it is to turn and can feel an improvement in acceleration and stopping and the suspension upgrade big big difference from stock as I have an standard 954 what I have been riding while I get my bike on the road it has been a pleasure doing business with you guys

Just had a very long conversation with Giles on race pads, and break servicing/care and recommendations with information completely contradicting what I previously believed to be true. Excellent service, prices, help and advice and most of all saved me a lot of money over the course of a race season. Strongly recommend using HPS.

Giles went the extra mile to make sure I got my IRC quickshifter from Italy in time for a trackday I had booked at Donington and also helped with installation queries I had, responding to numerous emails I sent and even taking time out to give me an out of business hours call.

I placed an order for a replacement screen for my Honda Deauville and discussed it by telephone with Giles who could not have been more helpful. The screen had to come from Germany and was delivered to me in a matter of days, well packaged and on time. I would recommend this company without hesitation as they seem to go the extra mile. Many thanks for an excellent product and great service.

Ordered a chain from them. After two days I noticed a refund on my bank account.
No explanations or notifications at all that the order had been cancelled.
