I have ordered different parts from BikeHPS to my Ducatis a number of times now and I'm always happy with the items I've received and the BikeHPS team is very thorough. For example, I am always asked to confirm my address and ordered parts before shipping so the delivery will be correct and smooth.

I have been purchasing parts for my 2005 Kawasaki ZX-10R C2H turbo & my 2017 Ducati Panigale 1299S for the past couple of years. Most recently, I wanted to change the styling of my 1299S by purchasing a single rear candy green BST Rapid-TEK carbon wheel (BikeHPS already supplied me with a set of candy red Rapid-TEK wheels last year). There was anything wrong with the rear wheel, I just wanted a change. Also, I needed a set of Gilles rearsets for my ZX-10R - and although they aren’t on the website, Giles was able to get ahold of a set for me, and cheaper than other suppliers.

BikeHPS has an absolutely fantastic team of people, the customer service is second to none from all the companies I have felt with so far. For my recent orders, I have been directly in contact with Giles. He has been really awesome with getting quotes that I’m happy with, and even answering questions about possible custom parts.

I will certainly continue to purchase from BikeHPS in the future as my “go too” company, and I urge everyone else to do the same.

They supplied me a bikini fairing screen for a Kawasaki Gpz 550 d1 when other companies failed miserably , excellent service throughout my transaction, highly recommended many thanks Graham 👊👊

Quick email just to say it’s true what people say about BST CARBON wheels. My GSXR 1000 K5 turned quicker (50p’d a few corners to start) due to the way the bike just tipped in. Not only that the bikes drive out of corners was hugely improved as was braking. Thanks for all your help.

Ps the RISE tyre warmers were faultless too.

Decided it was time to upgrade the heavy old wheels on my Bimota. I was a bit worried as the bike is reasonably rare and I was scared of receiving wheels that didn’t fit. Giles guided me through the process to ensure that I got perfect fitting Dymag wheels. They were a good price, fitted better than the original wheels, look and ride is unbelievable. What an upgrade - thanks to the team at HPS and Dymag for such great service and a phenomenal set of wheels.

I ordered a touring screen for my bike and was kept informed all the way along by the same person, Anne, as to how the order was progressing. I've not bought from HPS before but the service was great and really personal. Anne was great. The item arrived, when I was told it would and was in perfect order and is fitted and working well on my bike now. I’m delighted with BikeHPS and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

I can't rate this company highly enough. I wanted kineo wheels for a custom cafe that I was building, Giles was so helpful ,I had two different model of wheels and he guided me through everything so I could get the ones I wanted. They arrived today yippee!!, they are even better that I imagined.

Fantastic service and product knowledge. I was never pressured in to a purchase, it was always about what my needs were.
I was always under the impression that if they couldn’t meet your requirements, they’d rather not compromise and sell you something that was inferior to your needs.
I have never purchased from these guys before, but it will be my first stop in future.

Bought new MRA VARIO touring screen for a honda nc 750x late tuesday 21st april and by lunchtime the next day it had been delivered and is now fixed to the bike and looks superb.thank you HPS for a fantastic product and fantastic customer service.

Great service backed up with excellent product knowledge. I have been truly impressed with HPS, particularly with their honest advice and no hard sell. This was perfectly illustrated when I tried the GPFAX brake pads. Amazing and half the price of my usual pads!

Thought I'd say thanks, it makes a nice change to have very helpful and knowledgeable staff on the phone, MRA Vario touring screen delivered quickly and good price, fitted to my BMW F850GS to replace a Givi touring screen, both screens were at the same height, the difference in turbulence is very noticeable, these Vario screens work well.

I bought an IRC autoblipper for my Ducati 959. The first unit supplied didn’t work correctly but of course there’s always doubt whether that might be the unit or the fitting so I was surprised and delighted when the guys at HPS ordered in and sent a replacement out to me before verifying the first unit was faulty. It was (and that’s no fault of HPS) and the second unit works like a dream. The customer service at HPS in terms of support to the dealer who fitted the unit and in replacing it was first rate.
