Don’t be fooled by these people when…
Don’t be fooled by these people when they say their golf bags are 100% waterproof and under warranty for 2 years because they refuse to cover the zips(the main part that makes bags waterproof) and the don’t respond to warranty claims anyway. They waited 9 weeks to respond to me till the warranty had ran out then claim my bag is over the 2 years warranty and they will send a completely different colour cover that doesn’t match my bag out of their generosity even though in the time I they didn’t respond I had to buy a new waterproof bag (at a cost of £219.99)to replace it!
Very Poor Golf Bag - Dont buy one!
I was bought a Big Max golf bag for Xmas 2020 but didn't get to use it much due to COVID. So, imagine my surprise that after less than a year, a zip broke on the ball pocket, unfixable and proved what a shoddy bag this really is... I used a pin for a while then the zip broke on the cooler compartment, again, unfixable... This is clearly made on the cheap and I would recommend to anyone thinking about it, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BIG MAX GOLF as you will be VERY disappointed. Poorest golf bag i have ever had and i have been playing for 40 years!!

Bought a dry max hybrid bag last June. It is anything but dry:even in moderate rain water gets into all the pockets and lodges there! The legs don't open very well either,by design I presume ,but my bag has fallen on more than one occasion risking damage to my clubs.
Frankly ,I expected better.I would not buy it again
Poor quality zips once again
Poor quality zips once again. This was a replacement bag as my first bag only lasted a few months before the zips started failing. And guess what? The same has happened to this one! Can’t fault the design but the built quality is appalling. It’s also not very waterproof. Can’t be bothered trying to replace this one due to the hassle I had last time so will just throw it away and look to buy a different product from a reliable manufacturer. Any good reviews on here are likely to be whilst the bag is quite new. I’m sure their opinions have changed a few weeks or months down the line! Big Max also don’t appear to be bothered about the poor reviews and their reputation looking at the lack of any response by them.

I baught a Big Max aqua sport 3 golfbag. After 1 year a zipper was broken. Big Max gave me a brand new bag. (after some problems at the shop were I baught it)
It s a nice bag, with plenty of storage and waterproof.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Wrote a claim 14 days ago regarding my 2 year old Big Max bag that recently collapsed and no reply. Tried also the European distributor. Same outcome. It’s a disgrace from such a big company?
Very Poor Quality Golf Bags often Not Waterproof
Golf bags are badly made and material puckered where they are riveted onto bag creating gaps big enough to get a finger through.
Waterproof bags constantly leak.
These are expensive and extremely poor quality golf bags.
The warranty system is confusing and ambiguous.
Original purchase 2 years warranty.
Replacement after 11 months then supplied with 4 months warranty. That doesn't add up to 2 years!
Con merchants selling rubbish products.
Great Product
I recently purchased a Big Max Aqua Sport 3 Cart Bag to replace another bag from a major manufacturer that has let me down after less than 18 months of use.
I've not had to use their customer services but before I bought it from the store I did ask what their experience of Big Max customer services was like, they stated that they were good.
The bag itself is of good quality with plenty of storage. The apparel pockets are much bigger than on my old bag. I've not had to use it in the rain yet but so far I'm impressed. If I had one criticism, its that the top is slightly narrow the clubs fit fine but are a bit tightly packed. They do a bigger bag with a wider top should that be a deal breaker.

Very poor quality product. Bought a bag and used it for app 1,5 time pr. week in the season. 2 yrs and 8 mth - that's how long the zipper lasted. I went back to the place of purchase but the said that there is nothing to do outside the 2 yrs warranty. Never had a golf bag of such poor quality, and I will never buy a BigMaxGolf product again.

After trying a different route of contact DryMax came up trump's and arranged a quick replacement with a new golf bag

Had a DryMax Hybrid bag but the zips get caught and eventually break. Been trying to contact them for last 3 weeks for repair options but not response it acknowledgement. Looks like they have given up in customer service.
Big Max Blade IP push cart / Unresponsive customer service
We purchased a Big Max Blade IP push cart in November 2020, and extended the warranty online to five years. One of the brakes broke during normal use in early 2021. Big Max USA customer service initially agreed to send replacement parts after requesting photos of the broken components. Parts never arrived, and three subsequent emails to customer service have been ignored. The other brake has since failed, and the drinking bottle net continues to fall off. The cart is otherwise sturdy and functional. I am very disappointed with Big Max USA customer service, which is not honoring their warranty. There is no telephone number available to call, and the consumer is left helpless with a defective product. Shameful.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! Customer service is appalling, they do not send any shipping updates and make it very difficult to contact the customer service team. Every person I have dealt with has a not my fault & don’t care attitude. Unfortunately I cannot comment on quality of products as item never arrived but having now seen the reviews, I am glad.
After 2 months of awful customer service my refund was processed and the refunded amount was incorrect. Now to add to my frustrationI and lost time I am also out of pocket.
Next step is complaints procedure followed by the ombudsman - wish me luck!
Bigmax aqua V 4 Total load of rubbish - Avoid and the company
Replaced my BigMax aqua golf bag with the newer version Aqua V 4. What a total load of rubbish, unlike the previous model. Bought bag in September 2019, the lining of the driver holder came loose internally and blocked club. Brought back to shop and they gave me a new in November 2019. Exactly the same problem in January and the shop replaced again. In March same problem and this time one of the club locks stopped working. Contacted BigMax company on a number of occasions but a total waste of time they have no interest once the product was sold and they have their money. After much discussion they advised to send on the original receipt before they could even start any discussions. This I had given to the shop at the second return and did not get back. As the bag was only on sale from Autumn 2019 it had to be new. My only good praise goes to McGurks in Leopardstown, Dublin who honoured their sale and gave me my full money back. Avoid this bag and the BigMax company as it does not look after its customers. Michael O'Sullivan.
