I purchased an IQ+ Push cart from Big Max. After ten months of heavy use, the brake cable snapped up near the toggle, which is unserviceable. Design gripes aside around the brake, they honored their warranty and shipped a new cart in days. Absolutely impeccable customer service.
Big Max Dri-Lite Seven G stand bag
I bought a Big Max Dri-Lite Seven G golf bag through Clubhouse Golf. After just 5 months and fewer than 20 rounds, the material next to the handle (not the straps) had worn through, revealing a 3 inch hole. Whilst it was the area that would sit against the wearer's back when used with the straps, the tissue-paper like material should not have fallen apart in the manner it has. The shaft protection at the top of the club dividers have also worn through. The legs are also an issue - they are made of a very thin metal, and bent after catching the back of my waterproof trousers, whilst walking. Whilst Clubhouse Golf were trying to hide behind a manufacturer's warranty, Big Max refused to recognise the poor construction of the bag as a warranty issue. Of course, under the 2015 CRA and the threat of legal action, Clubhouse caved and are sending me a replacement, thankfully not another Big Max. I won't be going near another Bix Max item, because of both their design and build quality, and their lamentable customer support.
Fragile a l’usage
Tres bon sac, pratique. Mais les tirettes sont une cata. Toutes cassées après 5 saisons hiver d’utilisation, et je suis quelqu’un de soigneux. Ce n’est pas l’avis du vendeur (Golf Center Wavre), qui m’a pris de haut. Client depuis 21 ans, ils ne me verront plus.
Bought a Big Max Big Max Aqua Silencio…
Bought a Big Max Big Max Aqua Silencio 4 cart bag at the beginning of September 2024. The zipper of the rain hood broke within 3 weeks. The manufacturer/importer does not provide a warranty because the bag was purchased from golftaspro and they are not an official dealer of these products. So that's just bad
1 star is too many, very poor after sales.
Bought an IQ 360 about 5 months ago. the quick look button on the side of the handle sheered off . Sent a request to Big Max asking for a replacement to be sent, at my own cost. They said it was a warranty issue and we would have to go through their website for a claim. It is very clear to me ,after several attempts to do this, that they make it so difficult that most people will just forget it and NEVER buy anything Big Max again ,like me.
I chose Big Max because I thought it was a premium brand, it is certainly a premium price but the after sales is quite frankly rubbish . Strongly recommend ANY other brand.I wish I had read reviews before buying .

Trois mois d'attente et toujours pas de nouvelles pour le remplacement sous garantie d'un CHARIOT BLADE IP Big Max acheté chez Golf Plus. SAV inexistant, le commercial de la marque en charge du problème a certainement mieux à faire !!!!!!!!!! marque à fuir.
Perfekte Reaktion auf eine Reklamation
Seit vielen Jahre verwenden wir im Familienkreis Trollies und Bags von BigMax. Wir waren mit der Qualität immer sehr zufrieden. Nun wurde uns durch einen Händler ein offenbar fehlerhaft gefertigtes Bag geliefert. Da die Kommunikation mit dem Händler nicht gerade kundenfreundlich begann – Standardtextbaustein als Antwort auf eine genaue Fehlerbeschreibung mit Bildern – haben wir uns direkt an Big Max gewandt. Dort wurde die Mängelanzeige kurzfristig bearbeitet und umgehend Ersatz geliefert.
So sollte es sein! 5 Sterne
Poor customer service
Very Poor customer experience. they don't honour their warranty policy. Bought a brand new Big Max Hybrid 14.0 bag, and six months down the line, the legs are bust. Have taken great care of the bag as I do with my clubs in general. Stay away!!

😠 Die Produkte der Firma sind funktional gut oder sehr gut. Wenn sie denn dann passen: der wall-hook passt gem. website zu „den meisten Trolleys“. Zur großen Überraschung passt er ausgerechnet nicht zum Blade-IP.
Der Kundenservice geht nicht minder überraschend mit der Reklamation um. Ein Rückversand ist übrigens nicht vorgesehen, sondern an Bedingungen geknüpft. Die auf Nachfrage und Bitte von BM zugesagte Rücküberweisung der ausgelegten Versandkosten wird wider vorheriger Zusage in Schriftform nicht übernommen mit Verweis auf AGB.
Mein Fazit: intransparente und irreführende Produktbeschreibung auf der website, nicht angemessener Kundenservice und permanentes Kümmernmüssen lassen das Kauferlebnis zu einem werden, das nicht wiederholt werden braucht. Schade
Angebliche Garantieerweiterung
An meinem Bag ist ein Reißverschluß kurz nach Ablauf der regulären Garantie kaputtgegangen. Ich hatte das Bag aber registriert und damit sollte die Garantiezeit auf 5 Jahre erweitert werden.
Nach Anmeldung der Reklamation kam von Fa. BigMax folgende Antwort: "da handelt es sich leider um ein Missverständnis, die Garantie bis zu 5 Jahren gilt für die Trolleys unter der Voraussetzung das Sie online Registriert wurden.
Die Garantie für Bags ist maximal 3 Jahre, vorausgesetzt diese wurden online registriert, Aqua Bags, sind allerdings ausgeschlossen."
Sorry, aber so eine Aussage bzw. Reklamationsabwicklung grenzt schon an Betrug.
Loved my Silencio, customer service poor
Loved my Silencio, had it for just less than 5 years then the rain hood zip broke. 5 year warranty (which is great) but now I have been without a golf bag now for 9 weeks and counting. Not impressed with this. I purchased my wife a Big Max Dri Lite cart golf bag on 3/8/23 and now the rain hood zip broke. Sent all the information to Big Max(registered the bag). But Big Max will not honour the warranty as it was a replacement bag?

Perfekter Service, auch bei Reklamationen! Ein Mitarbeiter hat sich in meinem Fall direkt einen Tag später gemeldet und es wurde eine ordentliche Lösung herbeigeführt!
Impossible d'obtenir des réponses pour…
Impossible d'obtenir des réponses pour faire fonctionner la garantie pourtant indiquée de 5 ans après inscription sur leur site, ils ne répondent pas. Je déconseille donc d'acheter leur sac de golf si vous ne voulez pas avoir de problème. Pour ma part les pieds de mon Dri Lite Hybrid ne fonctionnent plus correctement.

big max iq360 broken front wheel
I bought a big max iq360, within 18 months the plastic which connects the front wheel to the actual trolley frame snapped.
Thinking big max would be a good company to deal with aftercare was a big mistake.
Customer services extremely slow to help and then it felt like they were trying every little wiggle to get out of replacing or repairing my golf trolley.
I have now purchased a new Moto caddy trolley to use and will never be entertaining anything from big max again.
Plus it was hard to get any accessories for the trolley as there website is so confusing and they never have any stock in for parts. 18 months without having any umbrella qf attachments
NON existent service when product fails
I bought over 5 hybrid standbags and 1 tour bag in the past 9 months from Big Max Golf in South Africa. After a month the vinyl material on the tour bag started peeling off and saw a tear in the back of the bag near the strap joint. I contacted the owner David Shaw and now nine months later all I got was empty promises from him and lately not even a reply back. Big Max golf does not provide any after sales service and very ignorant to complaints. I would suggest NOT to buy any of their products due to the “ we wil gladly take your money” attitude. I will never support them again.
Standbag Aqua Hybrid 4
Also es ist mir schleierhaft, dass die Hersteller von mehr Größe etc. sprechen. Die Schlägeraufnahme Aqua Hybrid 4 mit 14er Aufnahme ist vorsichtig ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Viel zu eng, das ist ein gefummel mit Midsize Griffen. Schnelles Spiel wird damit eher verhindert. Was bedeutet das dann erst für dickere Griffe unmöglich sein wird. Dicke Puttergriffe gehen gar nicht.
Auch die angepriesene Größe mit Taschen etc. ist eher schmal, Viel bekommt man nicht mit. Zum Vergleich zu meinem alten Standbag von Big Max ist alles nicht größer geworden.
Cartbags wären da besser, aber eben nicht für den Transport ohne Trolles etc.
2 Sterne für die Verarbeitung, die scheint wirklich OK zu sein. Die 100% Wasserdichtigkeit muss allerdings erst noch getestet werden.
Insgesamt bin ich doch enttäuscht!

Reißverschlüsse von angeblich wasserdichten Backs taugen nichts. Reißverschlüsse können bei Problemen nicht ausgetauscht werden, da sie angeblich geschweißt sind. Das Golfbag ist bei einem defekten Reißverschluß einfach nur MÜLL. Der Kundenservice von Bigmaxx kümmert sich nur innerhalb der Garantiezeit um den Austausch des Bags. Danach überhaupt nicht mehr. Die Reißverschlüsse gehen in der Regel nach der Garantiezeit kapputt. Also REINER Müll.

Having bought a Dri Lite golf bag from BIG MAX Golf 2.5 years ago, I recently encountered an issue with a broken zipper. Thanks to the warranty extension, their customer service responded promptly, taking care of the problem with efficiency and no hassle. The swift handling of my warranty claim was impressive and much appreciated.
not very durable
Had a big max hybrid stand bag for just over a year now and have already encounterd a number of problems with it.
one of the zips has broken and another is on the wayout the grab handle on the base of the bag which you use to lift it into the car has started to come unstiched as well.
add to this one of the support rods keeps poping out from the support legs. definitely not the sort of quality you expect from an item costing close to 200 pounds.
if your looking for a product that lasts i would go elsewhere.
