Had a great experience at my bike fit.
Staff are polite, experienced and knowledgeable. If you are thinking of buying a new bike see these guys first.
Learnt alot about my own posture and bike set up. Well worth the money.

Brilliant experience at bicycle.richmond with Denver - super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to really analyse my current setup, my body mechanics, and how everything works together to find the best position for comfort, power, and performance. The whole process was really detailed, and I could tell I was in great hands. Should have done this sooner. Very happy and excited to get cycling - a top-notch service

what a great experience and very much worth it. never had a bike fit before and didn't think I needed one but thought it would be good to check. What a difference it makes. learning how millimeter movements on bike components can make such a difference to your riding. More comfort. more speed and a better understanding of bike frame sizing. not all bikes are the same. Another reason for using company is they do all the work on their Jig so they can accurately assess you rather than doing it all on your existing bike. I think it is a much better way to evaluate you and your position and then transfer that data to your bike or what advise you what you should ideally be riding. Bike Fit was carried out by Denver Collins who explained everything throughout the session so you understand why the changes suit you. An all round excellent experience highly recommended and well worth it.

This was just a brilliant experience. Three hours with Dan was like having an expert physiotherapist, ergonomist, cycling coach, sports scientist and bike buying coach all wrapped into one.

The session flew by as Dan took me through all the steps thoughtfully, calmly and efficiently. I went from wondering if and how I would be able to get my middle-aged self back into cycling again to knowing why I've been riding under strain for so long, how I could reduce injury or discomfort in future, what setup would bring back the joy and exactly what bike I should get, having previously done a bit of homework. I even got some tailor made shoes into the bargain.

As a relative novice when it comes to biking, I can whole-heartedly recommend this bike fitting service!

This was my first-ever bike fit. Claire was very thorough, explaining the technology clearly and showing how changes to the setup would improve my performance. I feel much better prepared for a long trip planned for June.

I've been road riding for far too many decades than I'm willing to admit too, I have always built up my own bikes and I am that OCD bike guy that cleans his chain after every ride. I've been using bicycle since they opened, bought a few bikes from them, had maintenance and repairs done and I wouldn't trust any other bike shop now.

Dan was incredible! I went into the fit apprehensive about whether we would be able to find a good mix of an aggressive racing position and comfort but Dan hit the nail on the head. He was extremely informative, polite, knowledgeable and an all-round great bloke to spend a couple hours dialling in my fit. In the end, albeit with some seemingly minor changes we were able to get my fit to the most comfortable position I've experienced on a bike whilst maintaining the aggressiveness and aerodynamics I need for racing. I cannot thank Dan enough for his help throughout the bike fit as well as helping me afterwards when confirming measurements and components that will best suit me for a new bike purchase. I hope my body will stay flexible enough to hold this position for many years but should I need any adjustments I'll be straight back to Bicycle and particularly Dan to make changes! Thanks again so much! 10/10

It was excellent. By the time Dan had finished I was was quite literally cycling twice as fast for the same amount of effort. Kinda blew my mind.

Having used another bike fitter in the past, I can confirm that James and his team are in a different league.

My previous bike fit (with the other company) left me with an uncomfortable saddle to the point where I had almost unbearable pubic bone numbness after 45 minutes in the saddle, and knub / tingling hands...

I'd since stumbled upon James's Bikefit Youtube channel a few months ago, and thought, I need to see this man!

James's bikefit setup (and the tech) is awesome... He showed me how with my current "bikefit" I was riding the nose of the saddle, and was "tipping" onto the handlebars... hence my discomfort... He methodically, went through everything with me, and voila like magic I can now ride my bike without saddle discomfort and hand pain.

Wish I went here in the first place for my bike fit and on that basis I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a bike fit to go here; and no-where else.

I had a fit with Denver and it was worth every penny. He has such a great insight in how all the different parameters affects each other and how they best fit you individually.
He’s a great lad and I had a whale of a time.

Just had my first ever bike fit with Claire - really pleased with how it went.

My plan is to start doing endurance events next year (i.e. lots of time spent in the saddle). As well as getting the bike fit, I was looking for suggestions on buying an endurance road bike.

The bike fit was very thorough, and took the full 3 hours. Claire spent a lot of time adjusting and readjusting things (especially the shoes, which I often have issues with, and reach). She made a real point of listening to my feedback.

Once the fit was finished, we started discussing which bikes would fit me. Claire asked what bikes I already had in mind, and we looked at the fit/suitability of those, and then she made some additional suggestions. I left with several recommendations (bike make and frame size, and details of adjustments I will need to make to stem length etc). The whole process was very collaborative and thorough.

The whole experience with Denver was very professional and well worth the cost. Even though I didn’t have any major issues, the bike fit took the whole three hours and I walked away in a much better position on the bike. All the changes were made in the shoes and the difference is impressive and amazingly we didn’t adjust the saddle height! Small changes made a big difference in my position which was a real surprise. At first outdoors, it didn’t feel good but after two rides everything settled down and the little niggles I experienced have gone. It is expensive but if you ride your bike a lot, it is worth every penny. Now I need to save up for shorter cranks!

This was a slightly unusual fitting in that it was for my wife, who only cycles on indoor spin bikes in a gym class. It proved to be a highly valuable and illuminating session. My wife learned so much about how her body functions on the bike and how various positions affect her comfort and power output. Strongly recommend, she now has a more efficient and comfortable position and the confidence of how to use her gained knowledge. Thanks Dan.

This was my first bike fit and I’m glad I went to Bicycle. A few years ago I suffered an injury that resulted in a LLD of 20mm. Big issue when cycling as the difference is in the hip joint. Denver was brilliant in assessing my biomechanics and finding a solution through my cleats, insoles and wedges. After the bike fit my position changed so much my current bike was 2 sizes to big, one new bike frame later and adjustments to my kickr bike and I am more comfortable than ever and I have no seat or hand numbness issues. Denver was brilliant,as was the whole experience. Worth the money and worth going to specialists which Bicycle clearly are

Left it 6 weeks or so to write the review to ensure the bike fit - which has stood the test of time. Even as someone who has been riding bikes for 30 years, the care and attention given by Clare to improve the bike position and fit was first class.
