I have ordered since 1 month. No news, always in first status stage. No response to ticket. Horrible.

Ordered in June, never delivered and no refund
I sent multiple emails, lost $200
I don't understand they can't be banned, maybe because they are oversea
Not worth the savings, huge waste of time and money

I used them three months ago - still waiting for delivery
I have emailed few times - no reply
Avoid them it a big scam shop

Terrible service, buyer beware!

I bought a Cinelli complete bicycle worth 3.5k. It was shipped intl express postage, took 3 weeks for the merchant to provide me with tracking info. The bike arrived over a month later, and was damaged due to poor pacakaging.

The bicycles frame, derailer and hangar were all damaged so badly the bicycle is not ridable.

Over two months later, Im still waiting for the merchant to send the replacement parts. The lack of communication on how and when they are going to fix this issue is appalling.

Will never do business with this company again, extremly unsatisfied customer.

i had used this company in 2019 and wasnt a bad experience BUT forward on 1 year and i ordered some Morsa mounting brackets spent around £44 on them and other than the receipt absolutely nothing, no responses to emails, no excuses and no goods, now contacting my credit card company to try and recoup my money, DO NOT USE or trust these people.

Ordered inner tubes July 6, 2020 from seller. The items still have not arrived as of today, August 14, 2020. No emails, no tracking number .....

I ordered castelli bib-shorts and 2 weeks after there is still no order and the website status is under processing. No reply from the company!
GetCalling my credit card company tomorrow to get the money back.

They canceled my order and have neither refunded payment nor responded to service requests.

Update. After a second complaint on the website, I got a response wondering why I was concerned. They neither acknowledged that the order showed as cancelled, nor that they had deleted my prior service request. After all of this, the item did arrive in the original delivery window, leading me to believe that the business is "merely" incompetent.

It’s been 3 months and still nothing have emailed over and over again and got 1 reply blaming coronavirus and said they shipped it again by registered post but didn’t give a tracking number I have requested a refund now and not getting any replies. Avoid this company as its seems more like a scam. Even their tracking page on the website doesn’t load.

Buyer beware. Ordered shin pads that took 7 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong item. Sent it back in April and contacted them in June, because it still hadn’t been credited. Sent them the CanadaPost tracking information showing delivery of the item to them. Now it’s July and they have stopped replying to my emails.

This place is out of pure PAGAN ADULTERY! Voodoo, Witchcraft, Ouija Board, Chants and Pharmakeia. Weeks after order placed, no e-mail, messages, tracking number, NOTHING! Use credit card or PayPal. This kind of stuff is what causes wars. Shake the dust off your feet (shoes) and leave. Don't look back.

Prices seems good, even free shipment...but close tomthe order they want to charge 20 € for shipment .. no go...dont use this supplier please

Like others, I placed an order on March 28, 2020 and have received nothing. I tried contacting them on April 13, 2020 and received a ticket number but no one is responding. Looks like I’ll be going through PayPal for a refund.

I know things are difficult with the Coronavirus, but these guys don't communicate at all. No response to emails or phone calls, no tracking info on their web site and after 8 weeks, nothing arrived. I lodged a dispute with paypal and they responded within an hour and I got my refund. Thanks for wasting my time!
