We've been using Bright Ideas for 3 years and have never had a problem.
Communications have always been good, clear and responsive, with good advice on matters we were unsure about.
We've been dealing with Syed for a while.
In the middle of a mortgage application, we requested an accountants' certificate on a Friday afternoon, unfortunately during a week when Syed was on holiday. Despite without a doubt coming back to a plethora of mails to deal with, Syed promptly replied on Monday and updated the certificate after a first version was not quite right (due to me not being precise about what was required).
This allowed our application to proceed.
I am very grateful for such responsiveness and glad for such professionalism.

As a business owner I always wanted simplicity and the dread I used to feel when it came near to tax returns made me take my eye off the ball with my own customers. I was handed the details of BI Accountancy and told how effortless it is to work with the team there and I must say it’s been a breath of fresh air. Bright Ideas Accountancy have handled my company accounts for a couple of years, and have always been excellent and reasonably priced compared to the accountants I've used in the past. Highly recommended. The included use of the FreeAgent tool is so much better than spreadsheets which my previous accountants used.

I used Bright Ideas as they are located close to me and also use Freeagent, which made transferring from my previous accountant very easy.

My overall experience with Bright Ideas was fantastic. Always willing to give advice on ways to be tax efficient and proactive with all the different tax returns and confirmations.

I have closed my company down and they were very helpful when getting this done for a reasonable fee. If I opened a new company I would definitely use again.

Syed has phenomenal communication and is a joy to work with.
He has helped me through a lot of situations that would have stumped me if I were to try them myself.

Syed always answers promptly, and delivers first class advice & service. He puts up with all my questions on all sorts of points of detail - not in a patronising way that I often find accountants do, but he patiently makes it simple & make sense. And he saves me money. Transferred to BI after my previous accountants went seriously downhill (in terms of service). BI, and my account manager have been fantastic and as others have expressed, I find them very proactive and helpful. The cost is excellent value too (previous accountants charged double!). No issues at all with BI and I highly recommend them.

This accountancy firm are simply amazing. Unknown to me my old accountant hadn't been managing my tax affairs at all correctly behind the scenes. In fact turned out I was in quite a mess - which astounded me as I though I wa sin a good place.
After much dismay, a colleague recommended BI to me. WOW! They took on the mess and resolved it all. really went beyond the call of duty and have been on hand to support me through this process. Even better the way they way is transparent and simple. We both see the same software - showing the same information - no more spreadsheets!

Michael and BI Accountancy were recommended to me and I'm very glad they were. I was new to setting up a business and Michael is very calm and patient and explains things well which is just what I needed. He has helped me enormously and I can't recommend him and the business enough.

Exceptional service from Michael and the Freeagent software they use makes everything easy to do. I always had a timely response to my queries and more importantly unlike my previous accountant they did not make mistakes.

I have had nothing but an exceptional time working with BI Accountancy and Syed in particular in my time with them.

I moved over initially as I was using "Xero" as an accounting software which I found to be extremely cumbersome. BI Accountancy uses "Freeagent" which I had heard from many sources as being very user-friendly.

What can I say? I was ported over from my existing accountants to BI Accountancy after having a quick phone call to sound them out. It was very smooth and straightforward. Freeagent is SO MUCH BETTER than Xero it saves me so much time (and as we know time = money) and Syed has always been on hand for a call any time I've had a question.
