Millie is always on top of things!

I'm too busy to worry about payroll, VAT, and other accounting issues, so having Millie remind me and proactively manager everything is a great relief!

I'm exceptionally new to the world of accountancy and self-employment. It was one of the key worries I had stepping into this. Millie has been a complete relief to have by my side with it all and I have never felt more comfortable knowing that I have that arm around my shoulder whenever I need it.

The onboarding process was seamless. It was a lot of work from my side to ensure everything could be set up, but I followed concise and clear instructions that allowed a really smooth transition. This has proved to be a consistent asset from BI Accountancy with the ongoing service provided continuing to display an excellent standard.

If that experience with Millie is something to go by, I can certainly vouch for Bright Ideas to be a stellar performer in the accountancy service market, and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone at any stage of their accountancy experience.

I signed up to use BI Accountancy after researching my options for my startup business, so I could focus on running my business, not doing the accounts and returns. On day one I was introduced to Zac and he has been my contact for accounting since then (fantastic in the modern era!). In terms of the basics, BI Accountancy did exactly what they said they would do: handle my tax returns, year end, provide accounting software and provide an accountant for queries. The actual service quality however is where they really shine. Zac has provided advice, answered queries and assisted promptly and professionally whenever I've been in touch. The service provide exactly the piece of mind and support I was looking for. I've recommended these guys to numerous other business contacts over the past year.
