After sending email to several clinic for a test certificate containing QR code for verification by an airline company, only Better2Know took the extra mile of customer service to amend their system to cater our needs. No words would suffice how pleased we are of such excellent customer service. Louise Wright should be commended for a job well done. The staff in Radox, Londonderry did a fantastic job as well. Would highly recommend Better2Know.

I had a very good experience

I had a very good experience. My anxiety was so high but I was lucky to speak with such a nice staff called Paul. He really helped encourage me to take the test and he was also very reassuring, he gave me the confidence to know that I’m better off knowing than not knowing my health condition. Now my anxiety is gone!!

Basically a SCAM…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Better2Know.

Taking my payment of 1,750 PLN was quick and easy, but when a serious problem arose, getting any help was practically impossible. I never received the SMS containing the appointment details that they claim was sent. When I realized I could not access the information I needed, I repeatedly tried to contact their customer service before the appointment. Despite advertising support, nobody answered my calls and I was left waiting without assistance.

As a result, I was unable to attend the appointment. I explained the situation and requested a refund, providing the reasons why I could not access the appointment details. Instead of acknowledging the communication failure and lack of support, Better2Know simply relied on their “non-refundable” policy and refused to take any responsibility.

The impression I was left with is that they have no problem taking your money, but when something goes wrong and a customer genuinely needs help, they are unwilling to find a fair solution. Customer service appears to disappear when you need it most.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Better2Know to think carefully before paying in advance. If everything goes perfectly, you may be fine. But if you encounter a problem, don’t expect flexibility, understanding, or a refund—even when the circumstances are beyond your control.

Very disappointing experience.

We can also confirm that when you contacted our team by email regarding the address information, we responded on the same day to assist you. We also advised that if you had any difficulty locating the address details or clinic map within your patient profile, we would be happy to help you further.

We appreciate that having clear information before an appointment is important, and we’re always here to support our patients wherever we can. As the appointment was reserved specifically for you and the required information was provided using the contact details entered during booking, sadly, our standard cancellation policy applies to missed appointments.

Thank you again for your feedback. We value your comments and will continue to look for ways to make the booking and support experience as clear and straightforward as possible for all our patients.

I attended a recent appointment…

I attended a recent appointment after providing relevant information in advance. However, this does not appear to have been properly considered, as I was later informed that the procedure could not go ahead.

This raises concerns about the lack of an adequate pre-assessment process before booking patients into appointments. As a result, I attended an appointment that was not suitable in the first place.

Despite the service not being delivered, I was still charged, with only a partial refund issued. In addition, it took approximately three weeks to receive any communication regarding the refund, which further delayed resolution.

Overall, this reflects poor screening and communication, resulting in an avoidable and disappointing experience. I would encourage improvements to the booking and assessment process to prevent similar situations for others.
