We are pleased to learn that you are enjoying the welcoming atmosphere, the dedication of our class leaders, the diverse range of activities, and the functionality of our app. It is encouraging to know that you are taking full advantage of the offerings at Windrush Leisure Centre.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding your Senior Partnership membership. We appreciate your insight and completely understand the frustration associated with not receiving the anticipated value. Upon reviewing your membership details, we can confirm that the classes for which you are being charged should indeed be included in your prepaid membership.

To facilitate a resolution, we kindly ask that you contact our customer services department directly and provide a screenshot of the issue at hand. We will escalate the matter to our IT team for prompt resolution. Additionally, we will assist you with processing a refund for any fees incurred for activities that are covered under your membership. The email address to contact is customerservices@gll.org.
