My daughter made great progress while she was in foundation swimming lesson. She’s very happy and ready starting in development class! Huge thank you to her teachers for helping and supporting her. Definitely recommend better to other families .

Great for kids swimming lessons
We come here for swimming, for our small children. They have a great selection on kids classes and really help kids advance their skills and confidence in the water

Top centre
Top centre, with top staff. I had an issue with my membership, but it was dealt with by a staff member called Katie. She was amazing. Also the centre is soooo clean. I'll be coming here always

Nadia is a great dance teacher
Nadia is a great dance teacher. She covered some dance classes at Britannia. I am so glad she has 2 sessions at iron monger I will be attending regularly for her classes. My low mood instantly changes once I have done her classes. I wish she can teach 5 days at iron monger.
Nadia best dance teacher in Hackney! Highly recommend her classes.

Katy! I turned 50 and decided I needed to get fit! I’ve been attending Katy’s Pilates classes for just over a year, which I thoroughly enjoy. Prior to this, I had not exercised since leaving school 😳. I now try to attend a minimum of twice a week, if I’m lucky to get a booking. Every class with Katy is different, in the sense that it’s not repetitive. It’s enjoyable. Thank you, Katy!

Katie’s Pilates class on Mondays
Katie’s Pilates class on Mondays 1pm is second to none, she explains what to do the whole hour of the class. She also has time to help and correct you. The type of exercises she does really suit me and are very effective, l use to have psyatica, which has gone!

Katy is a fantastic instructor and brilliant motivator. She teaches you how to do the exercises and ensures you are doing the moves correctly. Katy's classes are varied and fun. Book early classes fill up quick!

Foldable bike lockers
Came back for another swim today, always find the mornings pretty calm…. To my surprise there are now FOLDABLE BIKE LOCKERS!! Honestly cannot thank them enough for listening and taking on customer feedback.

Pilates with Katy …
Pilates with Katy is a memorable experience as she knows her subject inside out. Her classes are given with utmost care, precision and integrity.
If you are not sure if a move she is hot in your tail to correct and explain. I would recommend her with the highest marks available. Top woman.

The Pilates classes with Katy Daborn are exceptional. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she shares with the class and tailors the exercises to suit everyone’s individual needs. The classes are difficult to get into but if you can it’s well worth it.

No Sweat!
I’ve been absent in a gym for a few years so I signed up & booked a group cycling class. Rosaleen the instructor has unlimited stamina! The class was fun, enjoyable & full of likeminded people. We where encouraged to push & if your not up to it you can always stop or take a break. 🏆

Katy's pilates classes have led me on a steady journey of healing, strengthening and confidence building. She teaches with a unique blend of humour, honesty, encouragement. And needed measure of discipline. They have literally been life changing for me.

I go to Pilates classes with Katie
I go to Pilates classes with Katy, the best Pilates teacher I’ve ever had. She delivers clear instructions so that we can all follow,our warm up excercises are just right and the actual Pilates exercises have really helped my core muscles firm up (I’m 67) and generally keep my whole body in good shape -she also has a great sense of humour!
