Awful
Awful, there were boys jumping into the little ones lessons, junped on a girls head, swearing, fighting, alarms, kuds not able to get in the pool amd when he finally got in he was left and i had to go over as he was crying and choking on water. He bow is scared to go back. The boys were finally removed after parents complaining and then they were let back in because the staff were scared. Disgusting attitude about dealing with them and no taking control, felt un safe, a total of a 5min lesson. Never seen anything like it

Excellent classes with lovely…
Excellent classes with lovely professional instructors. I have just joined and have felt most erlcome. I love my new gym . It’s clean and has nice well equipped vhsngibg rooms. I am visually impaired and haven’t worked out how to scan my menberdhip card even though someone did show me, but they let me in. It’s brilliant.

Discrimination and rasism
We are customers of this sport centre. Unfortunately every time we attend it we are disappointed by being treated rude by staff. We are feeling like we come to their personal home and we are unwanted visitors in there. It’s clear that they are not happy that we are coming regularly!
Today my husband was a witness of discrimination and rasism. Two men were treated an Indian man rude using words like “shout your mouth”, “I don’t care about you”, “I do what I want and you can call all the stuff in here, nobody cares”. The worst thing was when one of them said “keep the distance and don’t touch me” when he was trying to sit between them. The most offensive was to understand that they are behaving like this because they are allowed to act like this and nobody will say anything if anyone will complain because they do the same things. Shame to the management of this centre!!!

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and I am truly sorry that we fell short of providing you with the level of service and respect that you deserve.
I want to assure you that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination at our organization. We welcome customers from all backgrounds, and it is very disheartening to hear that we have failed to live up to this standard. I would like to ask if you had the chance to report this incident to a manager at the facility when it occurred. If not, please know that we take these matters very seriously, and I would like to urge you to reach out to the centre manager as soon as possible. It is essential that we investigate this incident and deal with it appropriately.

So far, a great & helpful experience
Melania did a brilliant job of setting up my program, giving me tailored help, making sure I understood how to use the equipment. She’s so kind and compassionate and professional too and I really appreciate her support.
So far (quite new!) I am also finding the gym really lovely and cool and the staff very helpful and supportive. So far so good!

Hillingdon is a good centre to train
The personnel is friendly and the facilities, especially the swimming pool is good. It would be good though if they could extend swimming pool opening hours, both weekdays and weekends. Keep up the good work!
