Yesterday was our first swimming lesson. We really liked the pool and the instructor, and my child enjoyed the lesson. I would give five stars for that.
However, I wasn’t happy with the facilities. I think there should be more changing rooms, and the whole area could be cleaner. The shower area also needs improvement. I don’t feel comfortable showering my child there, so I’d rather do it at home.

I signed up for swimming lessons after 5 years of saying "..next year.." I'm fortunate to have a small group and an amazing instructor in Victoria. She's patient, affirming, informative and congratulatory.
It's been 5 weeks and I'm grateful to Better for having such a calm space for this nervous swimmer to learn.
I love that there's a separate men and women's changing room. Saying that, they could definitely do with an update, hopefully that's in the cards soon.

So much better
Since Better took over, the pool is cleaner and the staffing is so much better than it was. They seem to want to be there and there's a much better atmosphere. My criticisms would be that the showers and changing rooms need upgrading and it would be better if there were three lane dividers used at the swimming for fitness sessions,instead of two.
