cheeky to ask more money off customers
I really hope you actually invest into the lesiure centre. we are now paying more monthly for a gym that does not have much and truth be told falling apart from every aspect i would say so. cheeky to ask members to pay more money monthly and not actually invest back into the building.

Hi Salih,
Thankyou for your review. We will be following up the issues that you have raised regarding Albany Leisure Centre. I can see that you have only just joined us can I please ask as you mention that you were paying more now, however you were not migrated over from a previous membership which would have remained at the same price point. Can I please confirm this?

Advice after joining on-line
My initial queries were dealt with in a swift and professional manner. Cycle class on sunday was fun. Power pump on wednesday was well balanced and excellently led. Glad you no.longer have to book a spot to use the gym. The booking system is quick and easy to use.
