Poor and sadly the same as most of the other online outfits. Initially thought they were different and something fresh in the market but ...oh dear. I joined Feb 17 and have made deposits of £1450 and withdrawls of £1666 so a grand profit of £216. Now ineligible for promos and ridiculous betting restrictions in place. There is great potential out there for reasonable fair bookmakers, I recommend Boylesports, 888, 10bet, Betfred and Titanbet.

I am writing another review just to confirm what I have already said: they don't care!!
Unfortunately I feel really let down y the company, not only they made a mistake with a bet, but once I replied to their email they didn't get back to me and that's why I am writing again.
As previously mentioned, they put a wrong bet on the market (I understand, everyone can make mistake), but when I explain to them that no one informed me about the void and I was supposed to win 500 (net 300) they offer me me a 15 pound free bet.
Do you call this fair?? What upsets me the most is that the person in charge took my issue very personal, like I was accusing her, so she didn't really try to help me.
I never ask to get the money I supposed to win, but at least a compensation between the 300 and 15 pound. But nothing! they didn't want to hear no reason, they admitted the mistake, but their offer was ridiculous. I felt treated like an idiot by them, also for the fact that they didn't even reply to my last email. (is this polite?)
I am sure that suddenly some good review will magically appear, but if people go through the review, they can understand that the website is not clear (like offering promotion that disappear..). This is tricking your customers!!
Please everyone, before being customer of this bad website, think twice!
