Excellent site & customer service
Generally never had a problem with the site or placing bets, the amount of free bets and promotions they offer is above the average and when I did have a problem with a free bet, it was resolved within 30 mins and that was outside of normal working hours & via emai- exceptional.

Deposited £20 with a 100% match bonus
Deposited £20 with a 100% match bonus, match bonus didn't work and gave me an error message, BetBright tried refusing to give me the £20 bonus as agree'd stating it didn't show me as opted in to the offer, thats when i said to them why would i lie as a new customer that clearly copied the error message as well? (you could tell i wasn't lying.)
After a long battle i managed to get the £20 match bonus anyway, with a 50x wagering requirement is near impossible to win enough to profit anything anyway and thats why it should have been received at the same time as when i topped up with £20.

Still wary about them however manager gave a voluntary bonus after leaving trustpilot review which resulted in a nice little win.

After the initial investigation into your query concluded that the option to opt into the promotion wasn't selected, the Customer Support Manager had our IT teams have another look at the issue. We're humble enough to admit when we've dropped the ball and on this occasion we did. That said, we learn from these experiences to avoid repeat occurrences but more importantly communicate with the customer and set things right again.
The Customer Support Manager did reach out to you with another goodwill gesture on top of the first one you received for the inconvenience/mistake. We understand the importance of providing a quality service especially when customers are using us for the first time. These goodwill gestures have no bearing on the welcome promotion and you're still eligible to avail of these bonuses too.
Last but not least, congratulations! We can see that you've had a win from the goodwill bonus credits. Nice one.

I've tried them all. All the casinos that is.
Betbright is the best out the lot, I've been playing various online casinos for years 25 years to be almost exact. There is a lot of online casinos out there that are fixed in my opinion especially on slots but I know betbright is fair. I've never had a jackpot 0r a huge win if any sort but small to medium wins and then another small to medium win when you expect them to take some back from you. They don't. It's random. And the sports betting is excellent too.
