First off I was enjoying using this…
First off I was enjoying using this bookie and I found the website to be nice and user friendly. I was given the sign up bonus which I managed to play through and that was good.
My experience now however has been somewhat ruined after only about 3 weeks signed up. Here's why......
As a result of the signup bonus I had to place a number of higher stake bets on horse racing which I wouldn't normally place. I would normally bet around £2 Or £3 a bet but because of the turnover required on the signup bonus I was placing between £5 and £10.
I made about £100 in my first 3 weeks on various races, could easily have lost the money and sign up bonus but luckily for me I won.
But the gloss has been taken off now as I received an email stating I'm no longer eligible for any bonuses or any price guarantees etc. I am a punter who (with the exception of the signup bonus) only places bets between £2 - £3 and have been restricted. Bookmakers are ruining horse racing for the punter, if you can't even put a couple of quid on a horse without getting restricted what is the gambling industry coming to.
I totally understand that bookmakers need to have things in place for liability but restricting someone who bets a couple of quid on two or three horses a day is horrendous. By all means if someone is constantly taking higher odds that start lower and are putting big stakes such as £20 per horse then that's understandable. I wasn't doing that, I was betting a couple of horses I fancied to enjoy some races including Ascot but bookies like these are killing the sport of racing. Again as I say, the only reason I placed more than my normal £2/£3 before was because it had to be done because of their offer.
So as a result I can't possibly give this company anything other than a bad review. It's another bookie who is ruining the sport of Horse Racing and hopefully sooner rather than later something is done to combat this unsportsmanlike behaviour from these type of companies.
Just to add to this I have also been heavily restricted to pence now. So have changed to 1 star.

5 star service from customer support always.
The app/internet site is fast and efficient. Never have issues. When you need to speak to customer services they are extremely helpful from what I have found and get back to you quickly even if sending an email.
Only thing I would like to see added is BOG for doubles, trebles and accas.
Other than that my fav site so far and I've used alot of them.

Great service.
Had a problem with a withdrawal , after speaking to a couple of advisors a customer services manager got in touch and couldn’t have been more helpful, I was ready to close the account but the manager was absolutely brilliant and gave me a couple of free bets after sorting the problem.
