What's the Point of a Graduation Banner After Graduation?
I ordered a graduation banner for my son's graduation and specifically chose this company because they advertised that it would arrive in time for my event.
After submitting my order, I received a proof and requested edits. Then I heard nothing for two days. I eventually had to contact customer service via chat just to get the order moving again.
During that conversation, I made it very clear that I needed the banner no later than June 11 for my son's graduation. I also paid for the fastest shipping available. I was assured the banner would arrive on time.
It did not.
On June 11, tracking still showed a June 12 delivery date. By 1:45 PM, it was obvious the banner wasn't coming. With graduation hours away, I had no choice but to rush to Office Depot and pay significantly more for a replacement banner that they were able to produce the very same day.
Ironically, the original banner arrived on June 12, after the graduation had already passed. At that point, it was completely useless.
What disappointed me most was the response from the company. After everything that happened, all I received was a generic "sorry for the inconvenience." No real acknowledgment of the missed deadline, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right.
Graduation dates are not flexible. If a company promises a delivery date for a once-in-a-lifetime event, customers should be able to rely on that promise.

Good variety of products
My experience with this site was excellent. I ordered vinyl banners for my store, and the most amazing thing was that there were many sizes, from which I picked the one based on my requirement. The vinyl banners come with easy maintenance.

Nice product. Not accurate sizing
Quality of the magnet and the printing were excellent. Ordered a 42” x 42” magnet. I received a 42” x 41 1/2. I contacted customer service through email and got no response.

I would like to say how impressed I am with the whole process on ordering letters for our wall, The ease of making the online order, the quality of the product and the customer service of the company. Poor customer service
Made a mistake and put in another order there. Sat for days without being shipped. Had to call, chat, and email. They did not reply. Even was promised a call back after the telephone call. Customer service is very poor. The item will not arrive on time either.

Great quality and customer service

Great customer service
Update: I originally left this review because I received a decal that was not the size I expected. After contacting customer service, their resolution team reviewed the artwork, explained the sizing issue in detail, and has been working with me to get a corrected version produced.
While there was a misunderstanding regarding the artwork dimensions, the company has been responsive, professional, and willing to work toward a solution. They took the time to review the file with their design team and clearly explained what happened.
I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and update my review accordingly.
