Great quality items - great customer service
Last year, I ordered a big 10x4 outdoor, double sided banner. It was beautiful!!! The quality was way better than expected. They contacted me with a clarity issue and they fixed it and did such an amazing job. Customer service was great. So great, that I just put in another order this year for another 10x4' banner and a 4x2' banner. I know that I will get a quality item.

Unreliable and takes your money!
Do not use this company!! Unable to deliver on time even when paid extra to be delivered quickly. Gives excuse and continues to say check back... I spoke with fed ex multiple times and hold up was not with fed ex, hold up is actual company getting to fed ex late. Company is from India and not local in US states. Would not use this company unless you like throwing away money. Unreliable and never even saw the quality of product.

Great service, I messed up on a sign after uploading it and i was able to resend a new one in it's place. Then this morning customer wanted to add another banner, chat did that for me.!!! THANK YOU

Incredibly horrible company
Incredibly horrible company. They take forever to give you proofs, and they always claim "Because of unprecedented demand, our proofs are taking longer than usual." Their customer service agents on chat claim they can expedite the proof process, but nothing ever happens. The gaslighting from this company is incredible and they should not be trusted.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Ordered online on 3/22/24 because I saw they had an actual local presence. Paid for expedited shipping and label wasn't even created until 3/27/24 with an estimated delivery date of 4/1/24. I am still unable to get any useful information from these people. They consistently want to send me the Fedex tracking number and Fedex has no record of ever receiving a package from them. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!
Edit 4/16/24: After writing this review, I finally gained some traction with getting assistance and a refund. The product also finally showed up; however, rejected it.

Could not assist in obtaining a simple 5x5 vinyl retail window sticker. We wanted 'inside the glass' for the decal and the rep sent us to an 'outside the glass' decal. She was unable to correctly direct us how to buy from them and spoke little english. Waste of time to call them.
