It’s a scam company, never got my package. I don’t understand how there allows to have a website up. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered over a month ago and still haven't got my order. My bank said they will look into it.

Eigenlijk is het bedrijf niet eens 1 ster waard. Via Bol.com kocht ik een plaid, een zg English Home plaid om, bij koude avonden, lekker onder te kruipen. Al bij het eerste gebruik begon ik te niezen, er kwamen bolletjes stof los, steeds meer en meer.
Ik ben nu al geruime tijd bezig om tot een oplossing met deze firma te komen, helaas moet Bol.com van zich laten horen want ik kom er niet uit.
Dit bedrijf verdient GEEN ster, niet ÉÉN.

Package said delivered but it never was not at my address anyway contacted them by email all I got is them saying sorry but tracking shows delivered they couldn’t verify a address it was delivered to or even cared that I didn’t receive my items

$77 product still not arrived after 40+ days. Sent email to customer service; they replied with an apology and said it would be delivered 7/8. Today is 7/10, still nothing. Oddest of all for a scam: they provided a tracking number and I’ve been able to follow the package’s progress. Latest update lists my hometown, says they attempted delivery but an animal interfered. (There are NO dogs in my neighborhood!) If a scam, what’s next for the “fake” updates, when they’ve allegedly come as far as my town and front door now? Seems they’d have to stop providing updates altogether, or just say it was delivered when it wasn’t. Their website address now comes up “not found.”

Ordered a fold up bed, paid $70 for it and never received the product. Contacted them on occasions and they just reply with some irrelevant response and don’t give me any tracking information. Nothing.

I ordered a product from them and took a screenshot of the order after it says my order had been received. Almost 1 month later I still have not received it nor have I received an email with a confirmation number and when I tried to email them, all of my emails fail because they're not receiving emails at the link on their website. Not sure what else I could do to get a hold of the company so I guess lesson learned and I lost that money.

I got the tracking number and I could keep track of it through my email but when I try to type it into the website it wouldn't work and it ended up getting sent to a p.o. box in a whole another state not even close to my address...

Absolute nothing. If I could rate 0 I would. My package didn't arrive. When you press track or see customer service they never load or say its invalid info. wasted 32$
