I found this website awesome!
I found this website awesome!
organized lessons, reviews and techniques.
customer service responds fast and greatly serve the customer.
the only negative thing in my opinion is that the paid packages are limited with time not with a quantity.
I have a suggestion for that. accessing the materials should be unlimited time but maybe taking reviews from real teachers can be limited with a certain time.
I give it 5 start because for me the pros are more than cons. and it's specially for the customer service which I miss in so many services in Europe.

Customer Support
I think the platform provides good feedback on progress, and my score is 5. Even though it sometimes takes time to correct, and if it hangs, it's better to wait and restart. However, for me, the customer support experience deserves a rating of 1, as I asked twice for the correction prices and they couldn't provide me with the information. So, to consider when purchasing your subscription, when your AI points run out, you can buy them at a price of $89 for 200 points.

Risposta di Bestmytest
Hello,
The reply this user is referring to was a previous message made by her that included untrue and defamatory remarks. The review was flagged and she removed those remarks.
If our support said something you feel was aggressive, please provide the full context and just be honest about it. We will take responsibility. As it stands now, your "aggressive" remark is referring to a reply we made to your previous defamatory review.
Please provide a real experience you encountered with our product and/or customer service. Not one based on a reply to defamatory remarks.
My suggestion is to copy and paste our email transactions for evidence, and if it was truly aggressive, we'll own it and do what we can to remedy the situation.
Bestmytest is a great tool!
Bestmytest is a great tool to prepare for IELTS. The lessons are structured in a clear format and quite detailed while the practice tests are very useful and well written aside for a few typos. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get ready for any of the tests they offer.

Recommend this to EVERYONE
I recommend this to everyone preparing for an IELTS test! All material and instructors are super helpful. I really liked the amount of examples for speaking, listening etc. You even get grades and feedback for your practise if you pay for the service. I prepared for 2 months with this page only and got an overall 8.5
