Got this matress on the 19th of augaust as I needed a memory foam matress due to suffering with chronic pain with my back and I have to say best matress I have ever had I’m not waking up in agoney no more also the delivery guys was fantastic thay taken it up stairs to my room for me if any body needs a matress bestbeds direct is what you need

Please don’t use this company I will save you your future problems. I bought from this company 1 year ago and still have a bitter taste in my mouth. There is no warranty I tried sending the bed back numerous times and was told they wouldn’t replace it. I took the bed to the tip day 17 as myself and partner were incredibly uncomfortable and both ended up with back pain.. we get nothing out of putting our opinions out there we just want u to not go through what we did.

Lovely bed but disappointed with delivery slots. Also delivery drivers said they couldn't get the bed up the stairs and yet my son and his friend managed it with easy - a little disappointing.

Worse orthopaedic mattress I’ve ever had. Do not buy. This is meant to be a firm mattress and is everything but. It’s soft & bouncy. Customer service is shocking. I do not recommend these people. Have tried to return and emails have been ignored.

***Edited*** your reply is a complete lie, I have sent you numerous emails claiming I do not want the mattress and you have choose to ignore them but have the time to reply to a bad review. My review is not a lie I have no reason to lie. I replied to the 3 Emails you sent and I provided everything you asked for, but as soon as I say I do not want it and would like my money back with I’m very much entitled too you have ignore me. So yes, your customer service is disgusting.

I ordered the bed and base online from South Africa. Your prices are excellent and your delivery time was the best out of all sites I went on. I ordered this divan bed set for my son. It was easy to order online and straightforward. After only 2 days I got a text and email asking me to confirm the delivery slot which I did and we had the bed delivered 2 days later. On the day of delivery I got a call to say they were a few minutes away. They were really friendly guys who delivered the bed and were obviously well organised and on time. The bed is well made and comfortable. We're really pleased with the product and service.
