I saw Dr Sam at Bespoke Smile recommended online and have been looking for the right dentist for several years to take on the replacement of 17 year old cosmetic dental work ( crowns and veneers) which I was no longer happy with, yet extremely nervous about undertaking.

After a smile consultation with the lovely and super helpful Anna, the patient coordinator, I had a thorough review and planning appointment with Dr Sam, where we talked in detail about what I wanted and what was possible and right for my face shape ( this collaborative process was something I was not afforded when I had work done elsewhere 17 years ago ) and I just knew in my gut i had made the right decision.

Fast forward a few short weeks and a hand crafted trial smile completed, reviewed and final smile in place.
I am absolutely over the moon with my new smile. The colour of my new teeth was so important to me and Dr Sam listened and understood and used a custom colour blend which is absolutely perfect alongside the design of my new smile and really is my smile but much better!

The thought of redoing my teeth has given me so much anxiety for so many years and I wish I had known i needn't have wasted my worries. The process was collaborative, seamless and efficient. Every team member at the Marlow clinic played a crucial role in the fantastic experience I had, from the warm welcome from Sophie as you come in to the different specialists who looked after different parts of my smile journey.

Sam from the bottom of my heart I wanted to thankyou for sharing your craft, your ethos and your expertise online. This is how I found you, how I understood you and how I trusted in you to help me restore my smile and my confidence and break the cycle of dental anxiety that has plagued me my whole adult life.

I will continue to visit the Marlow clinic for any further dental work in the future 😁

I cannot recommend Lydia at Bespoke Smile Marlow high enough! She is a magician!

Dentists had previously told me that because of my gum recession I would not be suitable for Invisalign braces. After researching and looking at reviews I was guided to Bespoke Smile, Marlow.

After reaching out I met Lydia, from the very beginning she reassured me that with careful monitoring I could achieve my dream smile.

Throughout the process of creating my perfect smile Lydia has always been there, carefully monitoring my progress and to offer me reassurance.
Lydia has given me honest and open advice, and the cost of my journey has been competitive and open, without any hidden extras.

To begin with ...My old dental veneers (on my 6 upper teeth) were clearly designed to fit a specific trend rather than my face. I was completely persuaded... opted not only for the wrong proportions but also for the wrong colour. I wasn't satisfied with the outcome at all !!especially over time!!
This was clearly short-term thinking, not long-term thinking. Which is an important factor to consider, in my opinion.

For many years, I've been looking for someone who can answer all of my questions and bring this creative expertise with them. I traveled to multiple countries and chatted with numerous dental doctors abroad.
Until I found Dr. Sams' videos, I remember thinking, "Wait...that sounds different, interesting, insanely knowledgeable and so so artistic.

Personally, my main goal was to archive a very genuine smile, one that matched my face characteristics, charm, and individuality.
My new teeth needed to fit me today and in 10–15 years, because we all age and change, don't we?
I felt like Dr. Sam understood me from the moment we met. He ticked all of my fairly critical boxes.
He created eight veneers for my upper teeth, and each one is fantastically unique, so real, so gorgeous, and so natural, and completely makes sense in terms of proportion. ( in relation to my other teeth and face features).
I truly regard his work as art.

Furthermore, my primary concern, aside from the proportions, was the colour of my new teeth. If the tint does not match my lower teeth or my overall appearance, my teeth will stand out. My nightmare.
Once again, Dr. Sam did an excellent job with colour matching, which was much above my expectations. I'm so happy with the colour created for me.

Finally, Dr. Sam's entire team is incredibly welcoming, kind, authentic, and takes excellent care of you. The entire process was a huge success, and I am very glad I waited for so long and ended up in the hands of the best dental veneer professional.

Absolutely thrilled with the final result. From start to finish it was clear Sam was a master of his craft. This was more than just veneers, it was a piece of art. I am so much more confident with my smile now, he has enhanced what was naturally there but the end result is still noticeable enough for people to comment.

I came to see Dr Lydia a few weeks ago to have 4 of my teeth composite bonded as I had chipped them a few years ago and have always been insecure about them.
