What you’re describing is absolutely not the experience we aim to deliver. The stitching should not interfere with your toes, and the heating system should work consistently without switching off.

Fantastic gloves and customer service.
The heated pro cycling gloves are high quality, well made and work extremely well which helps my raynauds when out cycling. Bertschat provided me with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend.

Great product and amazing customer service
The mittens themselves are amazing, kept my hands warm in -37 Lapland conditions but most impressive of all was the customer service - Luc in particular. There was a small issue and they went above and beyond to sort it out for me. I was incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend!

Heated Gloves PRO.
I ordered the Heated Gloves PRO.
The gloves I received had the tags already removed and loose in the packaging. Also, one of the gloves had a stain on it and did not heat up.
This makes me think I was sent gloves previously worn and returned as faulty.
This may be an isolated occurence, but I am disappointed with the levels of quality control.
The returns process was straightforward and I have been refunded but I can't leave a positive review of my experience.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologise for the condition in which you received the Heated Gloves PRO. This is absolutely not the standard we aim to deliver.
To clarify, we do not ship used or previously returned products. Our warehouse is located in Northampton, while returned items are processed at a separate return address in Camberley. Because of this separation, it is practically impossible for a returned product to be reshipped to a new customer.
It is possible that something went wrong during the manufacturing process or that an item unfortunately passed quality control without the defect being detected. While this is rare, we fully acknowledge that it should not have happened, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We are pleased to hear that the return process went smoothly and that your refund has been processed. If you feel the return handling met your expectations, you are of course welcome to adjust your review — but that decision is entirely yours.
Should you wish to discuss this further, you are more than welcome to contact us by phone. We are always happy to speak directly and see if there is anything further we can do for you.

I had a problem with one of the Gloves…
I had a problem with one of the Gloves on delivery I contacted them the same day, within 24 Hours they contacted me and automatically sent a new pair of gloves that same day before I could send the bad glove back.
Not had any problems with the gloves I have gone through the whole winter using them 6 days per week cycling to work and back.
Fantastic service will use BERTSCHAT again in the future.

I was assisted in acquiring the right gloves for my medical conditions. The customer service operative was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable (Luc). The heated gloves were excellent quality. Thumbs up for single heat goatskin gloves
I purchased the single heated goatskin ladies gloves and am delighted with them. They keep my fingers warm, though I had expected the gloves to get warmer than they do. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have heating elements on both sides of the hand and fingers whilst still keeping the gloves slim outline, rather than the biker-style, which is not what a woman wants (unless she’s a biker).

Great heated socks which I have just used whilst skiing. Initially the buttons kept flashing but I think it was more me getting used to how to use them.

Extremely pleasant experience. Excellent communication from the Bertschatz team regarding a product that was returned for review which was handled with great efficiency and polite communication . Although the product was no longer under guarantee, the supplier agreed that due to their confidence in the high quality and longevity of the product, a replacement was offered. I was extremely impressed with professionalism of all concerned. Outstanding product.

Bought a pair of Bergschat heated pro…
Bought a pair of Bergschat heated pro which arrived quite quick, ok gloves, over priced imho assume that's for all the branding tags sewn into them, while they do heat up somewhat its not over the full back of hand so full heat required. one thing i find annoying is the light panels do not turn off in use adding to battery drain and you look like car tail lights at night as they are very bright.

Regarding the heating surface: our Heated Pro models are designed with strategically positioned heating elements to ensure effective warmth while maintaining flexibility and safety. If you are looking for maximum heat coverage across a larger surface area, our Dual Heating models may be a better fit, as these provide extended heating zones over a greater part of the hand.
Concerning the LED indicator lights: these are intentionally visible so users can clearly see the selected heat setting, even in low-light conditions. That said, we understand your point about brightness in the dark and your concern about battery usage. The LED consumption itself is minimal compared to the heating elements, but we appreciate the feedback — product development is something we continuously refine based on customer experiences.

Heated gloves do work
Used the heated gloves for the first time last week and I am really impressed. I suffer from Raynauds and have struggled to find ski gloves which can keep my hands warm. Until now when at last I have skied without the problem of numb fingers. These gloves proved to be a perfect present
