Visited the Leeds shop for 2 diamond rings. From walking in I and my daughters were made to feel welcome and the service was 5 star. As I did not know what style of rings I wanted numerous rings were tried on with lots of patience from the assistant. The staff make you feel important, which made the experience even more special.
I have since had to revisit the store to have the rings re-sized, again nothing was too much trouble. A great store with a fantastic level of looking after customers and I will certainly recommend them

Enquired about a Panerai watch with Sean. He replied very promptly and explained I could have the watch next day at their cost and also offered a very good price to buy the watch. I duly did this and sure enough the watch arrived the next day by 930am, beautifully packaged and presented.
Buying lots of stuff from the internet, it is rare to find a company that actually cares. Would not hesitate in using Sean and his team again.

I recently purchased a omega green seamaster from your shop... when I arrived a lovely lady called Emma came to me...I was not sure which one to get has this was a surprise gift for my husband 60th Emma spent a while with me and nothing was too much for her... Emma helped me all the way with it..I had to go back today has the watch needed adjusting.. once again it was no trouble.at all for Emma.all I can say is Emma is a credit to Berrys and i would not hesitate to come back to you guys thank you Emma

My fiancée visited the store today on her lunch break (03/02/2025) to have our ring valued, but unfortunately, her experience was far from pleasant. The male staff member on duty was incredibly rude and dismissive, making her feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She was expecting professional and courteous service, but instead, she left feeling disappointed and disrespected. He interrupted her while she was trying to explain herself and provided false information, claiming we could get the ring valued online without any documents, which is untrue. It seemed like he was just trying to get rid of her. I would not recommend this store to anyone seeking quality customer service.

I recently purchased a Longines watch from Berry’s Jewellery Store in Newcastle upon Tyne, and the experience was outstanding. Lee looked after us brilliantly when we made the purchase on the spur of the moment after spotting the watch in the window. He was personable, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service throughout.

What really stood out was the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike other watch stores where I’ve felt rushed or pressured, Lee encouraged us to take our time and think about the purchase, which was a refreshing approach. He was easy to talk to, making the whole process enjoyable, and he involved both myself and my partner, ensuring we both felt part of the experience.

All the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. Thanks to Lee and the team, we wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases and would highly recommend Berry’s to others. Not bad for someone from Shiney Row, Lee!

I called in recently and purchased an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. The process was first class - with exceptional customer service from Sean, lovely refreshments from the team, friendly and comprehensive advice. Sean always has the time of day for his customers, and is happy to share his encyclopaedic knowledge of watches. There is no ‘hard sell’, just honest and friendly advice. My watch was beautifully gift wrapped on departure. It made for an exceptional buying experience and is the reason I continue to go back.

I ordered a Breitling Top Time B01 Mustang from Berry’s. I dealt with Mike Faller. Could not have been happier with the service and personal touch. I honestly think when buying watches/jewellery the personal touch makes a big difference. 5 star service and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Danielle in the Leeds Omega store was lovely. Everyone was very nice, relaxed atmosphere. Been back a couple times to look at a watch with no pressure to buy. When I did choose to buy, they made it special, offered to take pictures and glasses of Champagne. Would definitely go back.

I dealt with Rod at Omega Leeds and I thought the whole experience was superb! Rod listened to what I was looking for and offered advice a suggested various options and offered informed advice throughout the entire buying process. I own several premium branded watches and this experience was by far the best. Rod is a great ambassador of Omega and Berrys. I will be back!

I popped into the store in Newcastle to see if we could have my daughter’s Cartier watch adjusted. She didn’t buy it from Berry’s but bought it from another jewellery store. We did go back to see if they could adjust it but as they don’t sell Cartier anymore we’re told they didn’t have the tools to do so!

So we looked online and found that if you have a Cartier any retailer can help, but we didn’t except the incredible level of service we received from Lee the assistant manger at the Newcastle store. We explained we hadn’t bought it from there but that wasn’t a problem to Lee. He explained that the watch hadn’t been fitted correctly by the jeweller that we had bought it from and that he would sort it out for us there and then. He explained that one side of the bracelet was far too long than the other and he even cleaned it and this is where the service really started. We asked where we could purchase a Cartier cleaning cloth from and he said we should’ve received one from the store we bought the watch fromhere then went out the back of the shop came back to us with a Cartier bag and a Cartier cleaning kit free of charge as he felt we had missed out on the level of service you should receive when purchasing such a watch I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone who wants to buy anything from any lane of jewellery they are absolutely outstanding thank you Lee we will be back

Disappointed to say the least. Called in Leeds Omega store for partners birthday present, took ages to get in shop which was empty. Elderly man and younger woman were disinterested, disturbed them from their mobile phones. No offer to try anything on, just a cursory 'hello, can we help?'.
Poor selection of watches and service. Purchased from Manchester store who were exemplary in comparison and couldn't do enough to help us choose a watch.
