Berry's, specifically Peter and the team at the Tudor boutique in Leeds, are best-in-class when it comes to watches. And the buying experience is levels above anywhere else I've been (a lot)

They're extraordinarily educated on the brands they sell and have patience for any and all questions when it comes to watches.

I’ve been a customer of Berrys Windsor for many years, and I keep coming back. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I always feel welcome. They have a superb range of watches and jewellery in store, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Berrys.

My partner and I arrived to look at rings and Emma was very accommodating and attentive. She helped to pick out three that we loved.

When the time came to purchase the one we wanted, the service over the phone was excellent. I came to pick the ring up 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the further service I received in store. Thank you very much.

We returned to Berry’s in Windsor today to buy my eternity ring. We bought my engagement ring at Berry’s and both our wedding rings there too. We cannot fault the service we received on each visit - the Windsor store has a friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable team. It’s always a pleasure to visit.

Emma was amazing from start to finish. We had no idea of rings when we started our journey and didn’t have an appointment but Emma welcomed us in and made us feel at ease straight away. She listened to our criteria and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right rings for us. I was also interested in a watch and she made time for me to look at one and even order one into store for me to try on which subsequently, made me buy it! Honestly couldn’t recommend Berry’s and Emma enough and will be my go to person for any jewellery going forward.

My first experience with Berry's was August 2024 when my now husband and I were looking for an engagement ring. The service by Will was so good we returned to buy our weddings February 2025 and again in November to look at eternity rings and returned in February 2026 to collect the ring Will had recommended. I can't praise Will enough. He has the most pleasant nature of a true gent and a lovely personality, very humorous and made us feel like friends rather than acquaintances. Nothing is ever too much. His guidance and kindness has now brought us back to Berry's with the purchase of 4 rings in 3 years and we love them all. You can buy jewellery anywhere, however you cannot beat the service at Berry's or the quality. Thanks Will, sure we will see you as soon as I can talk the hubby into those diamond earrings 😀.
