Very efficient knowledgable
I contacted Beresfords to discuss the new Landlord legislation and Spoke with Lauren. Lauren provided clarity on the legislation, how it will affect me as a landlord going forward and answered all my questions. Additionally, emails were responded to promptly and any information requested was provided to me. Very professional and friendly service from Lauren.

I contacted Beresford and Lauren at the…
I contacted Beresford and Lauren at the GIdea Park office picked my call and promptly advised me on what to do to get our rent deposit refunded. Emails were promptly responded to and within a short period of time the refund was credited to my. account. Dealt with Beresford at the beginning of our tenancy and I must also say they were wonderful. Have a glorious Christmas; Jesus the centre of it.
