Bensons For Beds - Worksop531 Recensioni

Great customer service with no pressure very relaxed atmosphere

The staff at the Worksop branch were so knowledgeable and friendly. The advice we were offered was so useful and the guidance given was much appreciated. Without it we could easily have made the wrong choice.

Very helpful friendly staff , explained in detail the types of mattresses they had to offer & bed types .

Good helpful staff. Informative without being pushy.

Very knowledgeable salesman, in a very good low pressure sale environment. We got exactly what we were after.

We visited the Worksop store and dealt with a man called Andy who is a credit to your company he couldn’t do enough for us he went above and beyond what we have come to expect

More than helpful !

The salesman was happy to show//give me the alternatives did not encourage me to go above my budget (though I did)

Really helpful shop adviser. Given time to try the mattresses.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, which is something I always dread about going into store to make a purchase! There were lots of beds to see and try, and when we made our decision the ordering was processed efficiently. Despite the wait time for delivery (popular bed), we were very very happy with our experience.

The guy didn't pounce on us as soon as we walked in, but when I asked him a question he was very helpful.

Shane greeted us as we arrived in the store and was really knowledgeable about the different types of beds and mattresses. He listened to what we wanted and made several suggestions but never rushed us into making a decision. Highly recommend the Worksop store and support we received

Outstanding customer service from the team at Worksop. As soon as we got in the door we were greeted by friendly staff and were asked if we needed any help. After looking around both floors we found exactly what we were looking for and the team made it very easy for us. Excellent quality showroom. They were very accommodating with a delivery date that suited us. May update after delivery if there are any issues but so far it has been brilliant.

The staff in store were extremely helpful, and the online ordering system was very easy and straightforward to use. Delivery of the bed was quicker than anticipated & the delivery men were very helpful and respectful and put the bed in the room that we wanted.

I was greeted by a young man called Andrew...i explained what I was looking for .. .more importantly what I didn't want..no hard pressure sales ..lovely store and lovely staff
