Good experience in the shop when purchasing and excellent delivery service. Van drivers very professional

I very much dislike the fact that I have to pay £30 to pick up a bed head from the store in Worksop near where I live. In the past year and a half I have spent a lot ov money at this store, but this is the last visit I will make I feel very ripped off.😡

Great service in the shop .mattress took longer than it should have even though I had text messages to say it was on track for delivery few days before it was due had a phone call to say it wasn't being delivered had to wait more weeks for delivery. I was told I was going to get a good will gesture but nothing .

The sales assistant Andy was so helpful. Great customer experience!

All the staff from the salesperson right through to the delivery drivers were extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

The moment we walked into the shop we were looked after and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Visited Bensons showroom in Worksop to test mattresses of interest. Spoke to the manager Martin and asked various questions we had. Received good quality, honest information that was relevant and furthered our knowledge and understanding. Was able to obtain additional discounts online but Martin was willing to put together a better package which included 2 pillows retailing at £75 each if we bought from the store...which we took up. Efficient ordering via phone and payment process. We're able to select delivery date to suit following work completion. Impressed by Igel mattresses and associated technology. Obviously yet to sleep on over a period of time but on paper and based on reviews it is just what we are looking for. Appears superior to other mattresses on the market which is reflected in the price. However the ovrrall quality and a good night's sleep should be with every penny (particularly the deal we were able to get). Thank you.

Unprofessional and careless customer services. I rang the customer service over 2 times regarding my issue both times telling me different story Unprofessional and useless l wish l could get my money back HIGHLY WON'T RECOMMEND BENSONS FOR BEDS DO NOT APPROACH THEM. Bicycally l have a faulty mattress and all l have 2 month warranty if l get a replace one according they are policy warranty won't be extended automatically if you get a replacement, and according their policy if l want to get something else and return the whole set and l place a new set cost less then the original order l can get the rest of the money back 2 times they agreed over the phone but when the local store rang me they said totally different thing they don't even follow their policy madness, very stressful and anxious. BELIEVE IT OR NOT I AM HAVING VERY DIFFICULT TIME WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND HOW CAN I DEAL WITH THEOSE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND COMPANY.
The only reason lam giving one start just to be able to leave a feedback otherwise they don't even deserve that.

Arrived at store knowing exactly what we wanted. Greeted on arrival. Needed to view on the upper floor and Brendon asked us immediately if we were ok with the stairs or needed to use a lift. ("We're getting on a bit!") For someone so young he was extremely professional and courteous. Order completed and delivery date arranged without fuss.

Went in store yesterday after first seeing the bed I liked on line. Tried and tested the bed which was perfect for my needs. Very helpful assistant who showed me headboards, colour options etc. As usual there were discounts and deals on the bed and I made a good saving. Very happy with my experience in the store. Can’t wait for the bed to be delivered into my new bedroom.

Martin and the staff were great when we came to look for our bed. Martin had great knowledge and answered our many questions when choosing our bed frame, mattress and pillows.

The store assistant was helpful and instructive.
One issue is that there appears to be one finance option available instore and a different one online.

Martin the gentleman who helped me was very helpful, wasn't pushy and helped me choose the best products for my needs, explained everything he was doing and was very patient when I couldn't decide which bed base and headboard I wanted and kept changing my mind he didn't mind!

Knowledgeable salesman without being pushy.

The staff have a very good knowledge and care .
