Buying a bed and mattress has been a…
Buying a bed and mattress has been a confusing and stressful journey. There are so many different types and its hard to understand which is better without buy the world for it. However, Gaynor made the whole process much more smoother. She asked our budget and comfort level we were looking for and then took us round to 4 different Mattresses. At each one Gaynor explained the products used in the mattress and once we gave her feedback was able to adjust her recommendations. It was good to have someone as knowledgeable as Gaynor as she made things easy and was patient with us when making the decisions on which was best, encouraging us to go back and try others to compare.

The sales rep Kerry spent time explaining and demonstrating the different makes and styles of beds, headboard designs and materials available. There were no hard sales tactics.

Great service from Kay at Wednesbury
Great service from Kay at Wednesbury when purchasing a new mattress to alleviate my wife’s back pain. Kay talked us through all the mattress types and let us try them all. He made it a very pleasurable and un-pressured experience. Kay left us with a very positive impression of Bensons for Beds.

Take your money but do not deliver goods.
Make excuses the day before a delivery to say "out of stock" even though we had to wait 4 weeks for them to get the mattresses in stock! Shoddy!

First class service
I had to change my mattress due to it not being suitable for me. I have fibromyalgia and cervical and lumbar arthritis so struggle to get comfortable. The staff were fantastic. I couldn't ask for better. They were kind and understanding and provided a first class service. The mattress i now have is wonderful. Thank you to all at bensons who I dealt with for your friendly and efficient service

The experience was great I came in…
The experience was great I came in looking for a mattress and was greeted by Jaya she was very helpful and told me important things about the beds. She wasn’t pushy and in my opinion that’s how sales should be. She told me she was new but I think she’s a great asset to the company. I will surely be coming back and ordering !
