Superb choice and excellent advice to choose the best mattress for our Super King divan. A shout out to Gaynor at the Wednesbury store for her efforts and great customer service.

Getting & deciding on a new bed & mattress etc was made so simple from the chap who helped with the assessment then which mattress would suit. No pressure at all just left me to look around. Then once I had made decision we sat down talked the logistics & gif my new bed ordered. What a fab guy Rob was so very helpful. There was so much to choose from he gave me time which was brilliant. What a great couple guys from Bensons. They let me know about 90 minutes before due the approximate time coming then again 30 minutes before due. The bed was taken down & away very quickly. Then the new bed mattress & headboard fitted quickly & easily. I was shown how to open the Devan. It was a great experience thanks guys

A very positive experience with Bensons for Beds from the first person in store who was extremely helpful to the delivery people who came at the expected time and rang to say when they were on their way. They took shoes off/ covered their feet, were quick and unpacked mattress in no time. Finally, the mattress great and we are enjoying our sleep.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the bed I purchased, as I am unhappy with the quality of the finish. I placed the order on 5 May and received it on 28 August after a very long wait, but unfortunately the product did not meet my expectations. The headboard has a visible line, the finish is not good, and the edges are poorly finished, which affects the overall appearance and quality of the bed. After waiting several months for delivery, I expected a much better-quality product, and I am disappointed that the bed has these noticeable defects. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.

We had visited the superstore at wednesbury that had a lot of choice and variety.

We were greeted by Gaynor who was absolutely fabulous and guided us through the journey effortlessly.

She was knowledgeable about all the products, we were upsold on multiple occasions and felt at ease in her hands.

The Sales guy listened to what we were looking for and found a mattress which felt better than the rest we had tried at a price which we were looking to pay.

Dont sell products you cannot deliver, i ordered a bed at the end of May and it was estimated delivery 12-14 weeks which I was fine about. I thought I would chase the bed as I have been waiting patiently but have had no updates. I contacted Customer Service and they advised to go to the local store and due to supply error you can cancel or choose an alternative FREE OF CHARGE, which I thought that was nice of them. I went to the local store and was advised I can’t do that and I would need to pay any difference, at this point I have not even seen a bed and felt upset 😢 as they did not go the extra mile to support. They did not have a bed for like to like as they put all the discounts down for that again I thought that’s not appropriate …. I am completely disappointed 😞 can’t get hold of Customer Services as they are closed over the weekend. For me the store could not resolve this matter and I need to chase this up on Monday. Be careful on lead time all Following up on this on 10th August customer service advised I can have only 1 other option of beds they could not do this over a call but for me to go to store again they said it’s in stock and free of charge to exchange to only 1 different option due to this supply issue. … went to the store again in Wednesbury and they said they can’t order as no stock for this other bed. They could not do anything else and said again I need to contact Customer services. I am deeply stressed with this matter. Again I will need to chase on there opening times. This is absolutely shocking for a big organisation. Basically I was offered 1 alternative which again was going to take 12-14 weeks. That means it’s ok to wait for a bed for half a year. They still have this bed on there website I feel it’s a scam for the customer to pay more when they can’t deliver. There was no apologies or solution offered other than 1 alternative which is shocking.

Assistant was amazing, great knowledge and nothing was too much trouble.

Our experience in store with Rob was fantastic. Very helpful and attentive. Our new bed and mattress are yet to arrive so can’t comment on that side yet, but the customer service we received from Rob was brilliant

From the moment we were met by Rob in wednesbury store the service was outstanding, Rob listened to our needs and discussed several options that he believed would be suitable, his knowledge of the products was excellent and purchased one of his recommendations.
