From when we entered the shop to our first night in our new bed the service was excellent the bed is a perfect fit for us both

I was served by a gentleman called Abdu at the wednesbury store. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me pick the right mattress and bed frame i would 100% recommend anyone looking for anything bed related in the wednesbury area to go into that store

From placing our order with Gaynor in store to the delivery of our bed, we feel we have had excellent service. Gary & Kieren delivered our bed. We found them both to be punctual, helpful, courteous & polite.

K, Served me, he was informative, clearly an expert, he knew what he was talking about, he gave me plenty of options, no pressure sales, the beds spoke for themselves, thanks K!

No problem with the staff. it's there extra's that's the problem. We were looking to buy a slumberland mattress £600 we asked about collection of out old one. Yes but that's £50 that is £20 more that the council. Ok that £20 more but ok only to be him with another £50 for delivery... Sorry that's just money grabbing.

Went in just looking for a new mattress and came out with a whole new bed. On arrival greeted by lovely Gaynor who made us feel welcome we spoke with her and she suggested the sleep test machine to see which mattress was suitable for us. After that she showed us around various mattresses with the correct pillow too for our sleeping position,we ended up buying a whole new bed and Gaynor was very polite and helpful through the whole process start to finish. Good experience buying mattress from Wednesbury (Walsall) branch. We spoke to Niall, he answered all questions without rushing us. We have not had the product delivered as yet.

The staff was really lovely and helpful.

Lots of communication leading up to the delivery and quite a small window - only 2 hours - of when to expect delivery.
It was a huge mattress and actually it was quite a tight squeeze but Scott and his delivery partner did such a good job, it was clearly quite an effort getting it up the stairs. They were very polite and respectful and took their shoes off when they came in, despite me not doing so and me not asking them to!

Needed to exchange my mattress and they already want to charge me 10% when I haven’t received received the mattress. Bought it from the wednesbury store and when I asked for an exchange because how heavy the mattress was and I have an ottoman bed this is the response. Went back to the store, I got told to speak to customer service then spoke to them the customer service then said they can’t do nothing and it needs to be up to the store manager and because I came back the 8th day of the timeframe which bare in mind I wasn’t made aware at all about the 7 day notice cause I was never told this but the customer service on the phone told me they could most likely get it removed so it sounded promising and re-assururing, they made a note on the system. Went back to the store to be told that the store manager is off for the week but they can see the notes so I should worry. Went there a week later as advised to speak to the wednesbury store manager Meshar and told me I now have to pay 20%! The way my blood boiled! How can you treat customers like that? It’s not like I even wanted to cancel I just wanted to swap to a bit of a lighter mattress for a similar price but he did not care and didn’t take what I said or my notes into consideration. Consider I have spent £1.3K on a mattress and to be treated this was and get told to be forced to keep the mattress because and lose money on it either way is utterly disgusting! I could go forever with this complaint!

This is my first and last time I will be purchasing from them.

We visited Bensons bed to find the right bed for my 94 years old Mum. The lady who served us was very patient and discussed her needs. We were advised of the different styles of bed frame, mattresses and headboards available. We didn’t feel rushed and were given time to make the correct choices.
