New igel mattress arrived no delays, delivery guys were great although initially seemed like it wasn't going to fit up the stairs even after measuring as advised. Sleeping very well.
Worth getting the igel pillows too as they also make a real difference and well worth it.

The mattress and service was fine but...
The mattress and service was fine but the additional bits are annoying. Firstly, you have to pay for delivery, even if you dont want it. I live within sight of the store and was happy to collect, but that notion was deemed as laughable... so in fact I am paying for delivery from their warehouse to their store. The sales person and delivery drivers were all nice an courteous but the post sales questonaires, the need for another app to manage your payment etc... is a nuisance.

He combined deep product knowledge with genuine customer care, listened carefully, answered every question. At no point did he apply any pressure just customer service. Highly recommended and we purchased there and then ……. now looking forward a good nights sleep
